Looking for a Tiki Type cocktail with Tequila? You are in the right place.
Today at my home bar I'm making a "Privateer" cocktail. Find the ingredient list below.
It's sweet and tart, but it's also well balanced.
You'll have to watch to understand. Then save the video and make it tonight or next time you
are in the mood for a fun cocktail to impress your guests. So...come on, join me at the

The "Privateer" | Cocktail Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Tequila (Reposado if you have it)
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Passion Fruit Syrup
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
Pinch of Table Salt
Garnish with a Flamed Rosemary Sprig
