You know I love a dessert cocktail. Also, It's the perfect time of year for a decadent rum cocktail. Put those things together and we have a Beautiful Parisian Blonde. It's very easy to put together and very easy to drink.

The "Parisian Blonde" | Cocktail Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Dry Curacao
1 oz. (30 ml) Appleton Estate Rum
1 oz. (30 ml) Sweet Cream * (See Note)
Garnish with Freshly Grated Cinnamon
(use Powdered if that's what you have.)
* Sweet Cream Ingredients:
3 oz. (90 ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Demerara Simple Syrup
Whipped together (Do not over whip)
