Toni Abu Ganmin co creator of the Starlight Room in San Francisco created this side car riff and I love it. Just look at that ingredient list below. What's not to love? Using tasty ingredients like Spiced Rum and Orange Curacao makes the "Cable Car" cocktail a stunner.

The "Cable Car" | Cocktail Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Spiced Rum
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Orange Curacao
1 oz. (30 ml) Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Simple Syrup
Garnish:
1/8th tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/8 c Sugar (I usually just use 2 Tblsps, or eyeball it!)
1 lemon wedge for the rim
Finishing Touch: Orange Twist/Spiral
