I'm excited to bring you the recipe for this brilliant bourbon, tiki cocktail. I love tiki and I love an Eastern Sour. But I was looking for an alternative to the classic recipe. I found this flavorful recipe on ModernTiki.com and I had to try it. I'm so happy that I did and you will be too.
Mango and Bourbon are a fabulous combination..just trust me on this one.

Mango Overboard | Cocktail Ingredients
2 oz. (60 ml) Bourbon
2 oz. (60 ml) Mango Juice (I'm using Trader Joe's, but fresh would be best)
1 oz. (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Orgeat
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup
Mango Slices for Garnish
