Lichens are a complex life form that is a symbiotic partnership of two separate organisms, a fungus and an alga.
Use dry Lichens, crush to fines, place in 10”s of a cotton ball, do 20 preheats (forward rolls), roll to near disintegration, and use lots of fines in your tinder bundle because the ember will be weak.
