“Display over Other Apps” allows apps to appear on top of other applications, and you can enable it via Settings by navigating to Special App Access and toggling the permission for the desired app

Step-by-Step Tutorial
1. Open Settings
Unlock your Android device and tap the Settings icon from the home screen or app drawer.
2. Access Apps or Applications
Scroll and select Apps, Apps & Notifications, or Applications, depending on your Android version or manufacturer interface.
3. Go to Special App Access
Within the Apps menu, scroll down and tap Special App Access. On older Android versions, this may appear as Advanced first
Inside Special App Access, select Display Over Other Apps, also labeled as Draw over other apps or Appear on top on devices from manufacturers like Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, or OPPO.
4. Select the App
The device will display a list of apps that can request overlay permission. Tap the app for which you want to enable this feature.
5. Enable the Permission
Toggle the Allow Display Over Other Apps (or equivalent) switch to ON. The app now has permission to appear above other apps.
If the toggle does not appear, check for battery optimization settings or device management restrictions that might block overlays
