Some time ago, I taught a live workshop on Form and Perspective in which I shared two powerful exercises for beginners.
These are 1-Point Perspective drawing exercises, which is what I'd recommend beginner artists start with. I walk you step-by-step through these and also explain important terms such as: vanishing point, horizon line, converging lines, and parallel lines.
