🚩It wasn’t until I was in my thirties that I finally sat down and asked myself what I truly wanted in life.

Before that, I was mostly moving through life on autopilot. Reacting to whatever came up. Doing what I thought everyone expected of me. Showing up for everyone else and THEIR goals, THEIR wants, THEIR needs.

After years of feeling sad and unfulfilled, I finally reached a breaking point.

I started reflecting and setting small, gentle goals. Nothing rigid. Nothing overwhelming. Just enough to give me direction.

Little by little, I started building a life I genuinely love and, today, I'm the happiest I've ever been, doing what I love for a living, which is creating art and helping others develop their skills.

👉But it all started with gaining clarity and also enough self-love to finally prioritize what I wanted.

I asked myself questions like:
What do I want my life to feel like?
Does art belong in that life, and how? 🎨
What kind of impact do I want to have on others through this work?

Here’s what I’ve learned since then:
Goals aren’t about pressure, deadlines, or proving anything to anyone.
They’re about clarity.
About honoring who you are and giving yourself a direction to move toward.
A kind of personal north star ✨

👉And if you don’t hit a goal by a certain date?
That’s NOT failure.
If you made progress you wouldn’t have made otherwise, that’s a win.
Timeframes just help us prioritize what matters instead of endlessly putting it off.

Your wants and needs MATTER.🚩

And moving toward something meaningful, at your own pace, is where real fulfillment begins.
