There are several styles of classic skis produced by various companies so what I show in this video is just a small sample of the possible classic country skis on the market. The main purpose is the illustrate the general range of classic skis available and which might suit the beginner and which might suit the better skier. Generally waxless styles are easier to use but do not glide as well. Waxable classic skis will usually glide very well and work best in colder climates since the grip waxes perform better at colder temperatures. But be aware that around 0 C or 32 F grip waxing is very tricky. and is where waxless skis are very useful.
