Here's how to be less reactive when your anger, stress, worry, or sadness get the best of you: notice your reactions to let your pain in so that it doesn't rule you. It might seem antithetical to doing better because you're still dealing with the emotional content that evokes these reactions from but think of it this—you don't have any control over what thoughts or feelings show up for you so you might as well learn how to roll with it!
