Water ( little more than 1.5 cup)
Oil for greasing the plate

1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Vinegar
2-3 tsp chopped Garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
1/4 cup Hot Oil
For making sauce Noodles:
2 tbsp Oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped Ginger
1/2 Onion
Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage
2 tsp Chilli sauce
2 tsp Tomato sauce
2 tsp Soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Salt as required
