There's a bunch of histamine intolerance symptoms that I'm on the lookout for when reviewing a new patient. Some of the more common ones look a lot like allergies - blocked nose, itchy eyes, headaches, sore lymph nodes and there are more severe symptoms like heart palpitations, dizziness and vertigo and even tinnitus too.
