Less is more.
That goes for histamine intolerance (as discussed here), for gut health support and for treatment support in general.
Every week I'll connect with people taking 20 or 30 different supplements and when we go through them one by one to see if they are helping it's often unclear.
The more you're taking the noisier it gets and the more you lose the signal. More noise, less signal = less momentum and improvements.
Every supplement or herb you add creates another variable and another decision you eventually need to make. Once you have 20 different things in the treatment plan at once it becomes incredibly difficult to know which parts of the treatment are actually helping.
This is why I often prefer less intensity and fewer products, especially when working with sensitive histamine patients. A simpler treatment plan can actually give you far more useful information because you can see what the body is responding to and make the next decision based on that response.
