Let's review each episode of the cult classic Viva Pinata TV series based on the hit game in (mostly)under 90 seconds!

In Hibernation Nation, Franklin invites all his friends to attend a Fizzlybear hibernation party, with Hudson in particular chosen to give the keynote speech. All are excited, except for the Horstachio, whose deep rooted fear of heights and mountains might get in the way of things. And I thought that would be the sole focus of the entire segment. Another quest plot where the gang have to make it up to the Fizzlybear mountain lodge, all while Hudson fights off constant panic attacks. But thankfully, the bulk of that is wrapped up fairly quickly, as after a rickety cable car ride, they make it to the lodge and seemingly the end of their problems. And then we just spend a little time celebrating with the bears, including a big musical number, and a hilarious part where Hudson literally gets drunk and tries to do his speech. Which I wish went longer, but it only lasts ten seconds and that subplot is over. Then the bears fall asleep, and once you start wondering, well, what are they going to do now, an avalanche starts, that the gang have to save themselves and the sleeping bears from. But they were just warned that if a bear is ever woken early from hibernation, they go on a feral rampage, so they have to pull off the rescue without making a sound, like we're suddenly in a kid-friendly version of A Quiet Place. This is the highlight of the segment, as they do have to get creative to get the bears out of danger, remaining as silent as possible. Especially Hudson, who's forced to conquer his fear of heights in order to save his friends from a cave in, while also not disturbing the sleeping cable car operator. With a couple other things not going entirely to plan. This was actually really good, and gave me more to appreciate than I thought it would. And that Hibernation song will be stuck in my head for a good long while.
