Here are the four trophies that can be earned from Herbology and Defense Against the Dark Arts in the PS1 version of Chamber of Secrets. You earn both Lesson Cup trophies by getting an A on learning the spell with the four face buttons while you earn both Race trophies by beating the school record. Both Race Cups have a shield design while both Lesson Trophies have a usual trophy design with handles on both sides. Harry has both classes in the PS1 version of Sorcerer's Stone, but while he has both a Charms Class and a Transfiguration Class in the PS1 version of Sorcerer's Stone, he doesn't have either of them in the PS1 version of Chamber of Secrets while he has a private Defense Against the Dark Arts lesson in this game.
Filius Flitwick is absent from the PS1 version of Chamber of Secrets because he never appears in the storybook cutscenes and during gameplay, Harry never has a Charms class like he did in the previous PS1 game and he doesn't appear among the spectators in Quidditch League.
Just to clarify, Harper Marshall DID not voice Hermione in any version of this game. In this game on PS1, PS2, GameCube, Xbox & PC, Emily Robinson voiced Hermione who also voiced her in the PS1 & PC versions of Sorcerer's Stone.
