Hanwha Defense USA (HDUSA), the newly launched US corporation of Hanwha Defense in South Korea, participated in the AUSA 2021 held in Washington, D.C. from Oct. 11-13. The K9A1 “Thunder” Self-Propelled Howitzer in full size was displayed at Hanwha’s booth, with the 5th-generation Redback Infantry Fighting Vehicle and other up-to-date land defense systems attracting key attention from the US military and industry stakeholders.
Based on successful efforts to build reliable partnerships with the US Army and industry partners, HDUSA is looking to further expand its footprint in the US defense market, with a focus on supporting US Army combat capabilities.
