Explanation on how to shoot down the helicopter right from the helipad, showing my reference points to make this very consistent even with just one rocket. It also shows how to avoid the longer cutscene that can happen in this mission.
The pickup on the Helipad provides 60 Rockets which can be used for LV (with duping strats), but you have to pick them up after you pass the mission, because the end of the mission removes all rockets from CJ.
