Assuming you don't have Satchels at that point, you have to buy them at Ammunation. This uses the Catalina phonecall to start Trucking, which is on a 60s timer, so I get off the bike on the way to skip the phonecall so I get it while waiting to start Trucking.
The first timer is overall, the second timer is from when you started Highjack (as you would without duping as well) to having Trucking started, the third timer from starting Trucking to having both instances of Highjack started.
As always, driving could be better. I could also have gotten off the bike earlier (which means the timing for the phonecall to start Trucking would be tigther).

WR at the time of recording. This run is quite bad in some areas, however a few new strats (thanks RationalPsycho from Discord) allowed for several minutes of timesaves, so still a new PB.

Was going for sub2. In the rain so driving the bike a bit harder, didnt expect the coke guy to be that far already and the Seashark moved out a bit (but not a lot at least).")
