Starting from the Safehouse to simulate coming from Caligula's Casino after The Meat Business.
Pause buffering at the Quarry marker may improve the chances for it to work, not sure.
I explode the Satchel a bit before entering the marker so I don't have to wait that long and don't get shot as much. Be careful not to move to fast when hitting the marker though, because apparently you might walk past it and fail the duping.
Apparently CJ walks towards the doors during the fade-out, so make sure to slowly walk into the already visible marker from the direction of the stairs.

WR at the time of recording. This run is quite bad in some areas, however a few new strats (thanks RationalPsycho from Discord) allowed for several minutes of timesaves, so still a new PB.
