This assumes we already have Satchels (not buying them). Starting the mission to get the bike, taking Cesar with you and killing him midway to fail the mission and make the Catalina phonecall come at Trucking (60s timer). You can do it earlier to have the timing tighter and wait less, but if you fail it you may have to wait 60s at Trucking for the next chance.
The first timer is overall, the second timer from when you have started Highjack (as you would without duping) to when you started Trucking.

WR at the time of recording. This run is quite bad in some areas, however a few new strats (thanks RationalPsycho from Discord) allowed for several minutes of timesaves, so still a new PB.
