00:00 - Passing "Hit the Courier" whilst obtaining the EC (Exclusive Color) Black Sentinel

This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
If you're playing the Definitive Edition on Version 1.02 or below, the Sentinel featured in the Mission will be Black as it should be. However, if you're on Version 1.03 or higher, the Sentinel will actually spawn in Traffic Default Colors and APPEAR to not be special. If you were to obtain one of these and allow the Garage to close down on it, you'd see something very bizarre take place. The Traffic Default Colored Sentinel will be some kind of Bright Neon Green or Hot Pink Color! Both Colors would be EC, but I'd imagine this is some kind of BUG and this is the side effect caused by it! Even if you obtain the EC Sentinel on Patch 1.02 and below and have it Black and then update your game to 1.03 and above, the same thing would happen and your EC Sentinel will not be Black anymore!
I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20552 (Version 1.40) of GTA Vice City for PS2.
