This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
You don't have to drive the Huntley back to the Garage. As you can see in the Video, it's tied to the Stretch. As long as the Stretch is getting there by you driving it along with the Broadway back to the Garage, the Huntley is teleporting along with you and staying close by! Very convenient!
I do NOT recommend obtaining this particular EC2 Stretch. You can get the second one in a few Missions from now and it's much quicker and easier. However, it'll be solid Black rather than just the Black Bumpers and bottom half. Both are still just EC2 Black Stretch's because under normal circumstances, you can only change the PRIMARY Color in a Mod Garage and not the SECONDARY Color and if you really wanted to, you could just change the Primary Color of the solid Black EC2 Stretch to White and now you would have the one found in this Mission. In the end, I find the solid Black EC2 Stretch more appealing to the eyes, as well.
The EC2 on the Camper and Stretch are VISIBLE. The Camper's Secondary Color is the Stripe and the Stretch's Secondary Color is the Bumpers and bottom half. Interestingly enough, the Camper is one of a few only THREE COLORED and VISIBLE Vehicle in the entire game. During this Mission, the Primary and Secondary Colors (Special) will never change, but the Tertiary Color does in fact change each time you go through the Mission and reload. There is five different Traffic Default Tertiary Colors it can spawn in. Not only that, but the Camper can spawn with or without the Roof Extra, as well!
The EC2 on the Huntley can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Huntley.
Fun Fact - The EC2 Stretch is Heavy. After entering it, you can experience this Property on your way back to a Garage. Unfortunately, it's unobtainable in such form. The Heavy Property is removed after the Garage closes down on it. The Heavy Property is only retainable by a Garage in GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories!
