00:00 - Failing "Hotring" whilst obtaining the EP/FP (Explosion Proof and Fire Proof) Hotring Racer

This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. This is the Method you'll be using when you're one of those people who do not like any challenges and have little to no patience at all.

As you load up your Save, already be HOLDING the Accelerate/Sprint Button. When you can take control of Tommy and are still holding the button down, run on foot to the Stadium. You may skip the Cutscene or let it play out. Once the Race begins, all you have to do is release the Accelerate/Sprint Button and press Left or Right to scroll through the Ammunation Menu Items. When you do that, you will be teleported with the EP/FP Hotring Racer back to Ammunation. Just exit the EP/FP Hotring Racer and head over to the Pink Marker for the Rifle Range to regain the normal view back. Just get back into the EP/FP Hotring Racer and reverse it out of Ammunation.
As long as "Hotring" has been passed at least once, failing it on the second or greater instance will not effect the Stats and you will not get an extra Mission Attempt.
Note that the EARLIEST you can obtain the EP/FP Hotring Racer would be right at the beginning of the game, however, you can also obtain it as late as after 100% and anywhere in between. It's up to you when you see fit to obtain it at which time.
The Hotring Racer featured in the Mission has Traffic Default Colors and changes upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
