This mission is just like the other Storyline Mission, Blitzkrieg, you have to defend against the Mendez brothers' forces, because Vic and Lance are at war with them for the second time. The difference is you defend more Empire Sites than the previous Blitzkrieg, and in order to start this mission, you need 7 Empire Sites obtained.
