In this video, I show how to obtain EL matte purple Lampadati Felon from Pitchers property gang attack mission. After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.

This Felon ONLY spawns when gangs attack Pitchers. It does not appear in any other gang attack mission.

Property management missions need few days between them to appear again. So remember to advance some time if you want ALL vehicles from them.
