In this video, I show how to obtain Unique Fixter from Rampage Five (or Rampage 5: Hipsters). After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
Just grab one after rampage. If none spawned, try rampage again, they may not always spawn. To get various colors, just hope that MANY Fixters appear in one rampage (like in video).
This vehicle is just RARE! You CAN start the rampages after completion infinitely around the map!
You can give the Fixter PP tires with the Conversion found in "The Long Stretch" thus recreating the better SPECIAL variant instead of the rare one. Remember that PP property can NOT be saved in SAFEHOUSE garages in old gen version 1.00, so you always gotta save it into interior garage or impound in this version!
