00:00 - Beginning "Photo Opportunity" and driving to Cesar's location
01:50 - Driving the Savanna to the Los Santos Bomb Shop and rigging it with a Bomb
03:35 - Driving the Savanna to Angel Pine
06:40 - Arming the Bomb, quickly entering the Red Marker, and then pointing the camera in the direction of the Savanna until the Mission fails
07:50 - Pushing the wreck of the AP (All Proof) Savanna back to a Garage and restoring it
18:05 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP Savanna
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
It's surely possible and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to find a Tanker before you reach Angel Pine. Once in a while, you'll see plenty of Tanker's spawning on the highway when you are nearing Angel Pine. Some of them even get off at the same exit you will be getting off at in Angel Pine. Just steal one of them, park it on the side, and then continue on. After the Mission fails, you'll have a Tanker at the ready and no need to use random Vehicles or the Shotguns to push it and waste time! I intended to show this, but of course in this very attempt, none of them spawned that were close enough and worthy of stealing.
Technically speaking, this AP Savanna is the second instance as the first instance appeared in "High Stakes, Low Rider." With that said, it was only obtainable for Mobile and/or with OM0 on other Platforms.
The Savanna can spawn with Hydraulics! It's random, so each time you reload, there's a possibility of it having Hydraulics. If you're a Console Player and/or any Platform played with a Controller specifically, you'll know that it's a pain in the ass having Hydraulics in Vehicles because you can NOT use the Right Analog Stick anymore to control the Rotating Camera in a Vehicle. Because of this, I recommend to obtain it WITHOUT Hydraulics, of course!
The Savanna spawns in a Cherry Red Primary and Secondary Color. This is not special at all, but these Colors will never change no matter how many times you go through the Mission and reload.
Note that there also exists an AP/EC2 Picador, AP/EC2 ZR-350, AP/EC2 Washington, and AP Broadway in this Mission. They are obtainable with OM0 and the Method will differ across Platforms. You can also obtain the AP Savanna at the same time with the other AP Vehicles, if you wanted, as well. Fun Fact - You can find the SAME EC2 Picador in Ryder's driveway in Grove Street and the SAME EC2 Washington can be obtained during the Mission "Outrider." During the Mission, "Jizzy," you are driving the SAME Broadway when the Mission passes, as well. They will not be AP, of course, but there is AP Conversions for that if you want.
