Time Stamps:
00:00 - OM0 (On Mission = 0) Setup with Bloodbowl and a Phone Call
02:25 - Entering the Red Marker for Gym Moves and then releasing the Phone Call
03:40 - Entering SF Ticket Booth, waiting for Phone to ring, holding Call, and buying Ticket to LS
04:05 - Accepting Gym Moves 1.5 seconds after seated in the Plane while holding the Call and then jumping out near the Coastguard Spawn
04:30 - Driving to Boat School while holding the Call
06:05 - Entering the Red Marker while holding the Call and beginning "Fresh Slalom" then releasing the Call after the Mission begins and CJ is standing in the Dinghy
06:50 - Running on foot and then swimming back to the Boat School
14:25 - Starting Boat School again which will show "Flying Fish" and the EC/EC2 (Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) Wild Strawberry Poly and Frost White Vortex and then Pause Buffering and canceling the Mission like shown in the Video
15:05 - Driving the Vortex back to a Garage
16:40 - Showing off the EC/EC2 Vortex
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, and PC since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It MIGHT work on Mobile, provided you're using a Controller as it's the only way you can hold a Phone Call. Touch Screens won't work. I can't confirm/deny, it's what I hear. This also won't work on the Definitive Edition, either, as far as I know.
Before you begin, you will need a HIGH PRIORITY Phone Call and at least the first three Boat School Courses completed. You might be able to also complete the fourth Course, but I am not entirely sure. I didn't in the Video. It's also recommended to pass the Bloodbowl Stadium Event as well as the Gym Moves so you won't get any extra Mission Attempts added to the Stats. If you're on PS2 Version 1.03, just by ENTERING the Gym, you get a Mission Attempt, even if Gym Moves are completed, just so you know.
There is MANY High Priority Phone Calls that can be used throughout the Story. For the Guide, I am showing this Video toward the end, before "End of the Line" because as far as I know, this will be the last HIGH PRIORITY Phone Call CJ will get and be able to use OM0 and Call Holding Methods. To avoid a headache, I recommend obtaining these EC/EC2 Boats any time you unlock Las Venturas and BEFORE End of the Line. By doing it in Las Venturas means you'll have ALL possible storage space in the game by then, everything unlocked, and plenty of High Priority Phone Calls.
Know that ALL of the Special Boats from Boat School can be recreated with the EC/EC2/EM Conversion or EC/EC2 Transfer Conversion. In fact, I honestly RECOMMEND you do this since in most cases, Boat School Courses can NOT be passed in order to obtain them. So that means an extra Mission Attempt for reaching said Course in Boat School and then ANOTHER Mission Attempt for having to re-enter it later for this Method. If you want to keep the Mission Attempts to a minimum, but have such Special Boats in your Save, then the Conversions are the way to go.
youtube.com/watch?v=PHYuTVuc-6c - This Method allows all the Courses to be COMPLETE at Boat School, thus no extra Mission Attempts, however, it will require two Phone Calls, but more importantly, the Replay Feature is used and this Method is likely only going to be used by PC Players.
The EC2 on this Vortex is VISIBLE, obviously.
I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20946 (Version 1.03) of GTA San Andreas for PS2.
