This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. With that said, if you're playing SPECIFICALLY and EXCLUSIVELY on the Japanese PC Version OR Japanese PS2 Versions, the Method will differ greatly because the Stretch's windshield CAN NOT be shot out, thus you CAN NOT snipe the driver out. Also, the Stretch is FP, so you can't force the driver out with a Flamethrower or Molotov's. The FP/EC/EC2 Stretch is obtainable using a different Method.
Fun Fact - This is a FP/EC/EC2 Stretch but IF AND ONLY IF you are playing on the Japanese PC Version OR Japanese PS2 Versions. They thought they would get cute and add the FP Property onto the Stretch so players wouldn't use a Flamethrower on the Stretch at any stage during the Mission to force the driver out. There's actually a Method involving the Flamethrower which was used in the past to obtain it, but it's not necessary and the Method shown in the Video is the best one around.
Fun Fact 2 - This exact same EC/EC2 Stretch also exists in the Mission "Recruitment Drive," however it requires OM0 and it's not recommended to obtain it. If you want to see it done, check it out here - youtube.com/watch?v=g7W_ti5cjck
