Time Stamps:
00:00 - Beginning "Los Desperados" and going through the Mission like normal until reaching the stage of the Mission shown in the Video leaving one enemy alive
03:05 - Parking a Vehicle on top of the final enemy and then driving to Transfender
04:45 - Entering the Transfender, killing Cesar to fail the Mission, and then enter/exiting the Safehouse to regain normal view of the game world
05:45 - Fetching a Vehicle (in this case, a Securicar) from the Garage I want to convert into EC/EC2/EM (Exclusive Color, Exclusive Secondary Color, and Exclusive Modification)
05:55 - Changing the Primary (EC) and Secondary Color (EC2) of the Securicar as well as giving it some possible Modifications (EM) and then exiting the Mod Garage with the EC/EC2/EM Securicar
08:10 - Showing off the EC/EC2/EM Securicar
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, and Mobile since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It's unknown if this works on the Definitive Edition or not.
To my knowledge, you can't actually PASS the Mission whilst converting a Vehicle into EC/EC2/EM. Notice how I actually kill two enemies right before I kill Cesar to fail the Mission. These enemies are possible for CJ to shoot. Enemies further up seem to be blocked by some kind of wall and no way for CJ to actually shoot at them and progress the Mission any further. If you could, you could PASS the Mission and afterward, you'd still have the Mod Menu all the same to do the EC/EC2/EM Conversion. I never tried explosives, but that MIGHT work to kill those enemies that are blocked by some kind of wall, thus allowing you to progress in the Mission until it's passed.
It'll help to have a Map Marker placed on the Verdant Bluffs/El Corona Safehouse before beginning so you can find it easier after the Mission fails. You should also have ANY random Vehicle inside of the Garage that is allowed to enter Transfender normally. The Blade and Voodoo parked around the area will not work because they are Lowriders. Since you're not parking any Mission Important Vehicle on top of the enemy, make sure you only touch ONE other Vehicle after you put the Blade or Voodoo on top of him. You will also have roughly three minutes to make it to Transfender before this Vehicle disappears. It needs to remain on the enemy for the Method to work!
You can convert UP TO FOUR total Vehicles into EC/EC2/EM that are inside the SAME Garage. I only shown one in this Video, but I shown TWO in the previous Video and will show TWO in the next and final Video pertaining to this kind of Conversion.
Obviously, you want to convert some kind of Vehicle that normally wouldn't be able to enter the Mod Garage to maximize the value of your converted Vehicle. For instance, the Securicar I chose to convert in the Video can't enter any Mod Garage under normal circumstances. Neither can other certain Vehicles, as well as Vans/Trucks or Planes/Helicopters, etc. If you'd be converting let's say a Washington, it's not going to be special other than the possible SECONDARY Color you put on it because a Washington can enter a Mod Garage normally and change the PRIMARY Color at any given time, as well as give it many possible kinds of Modifications. So, none of those would be special. Only the possible SECONDARY Color since it's the only thing you couldn't change under normal circumstances on said Washington!
ANY Vehicle that CJ can sit inside and drive/fly can be converted into EC/EC2/EM. However, not ALL Vehicles will show a Primary and/or Secondary Color change due to these kind of Vehicles having only one VISIBLE Color Area or a Livery, instead. An example would be the HPV1000 which has a Livery. You can change Color 1 and 2, but it'll visually look the same as it did before, despite now being EC/EC2. Note that NOT ALL MODS WILL WORK! Some of them will crash the game, depending on which Vehicle you're trying to modify and with which modification.
Note that the FINAL Vehicle you convert into EC/EC2/EM will be the one you will be taking out of the Mod Garage at the end. So if you were to convert a Maverick, this would be in the Mod Garage at the end. You obviously can't just fly it out in most cases, so you'll need to push it out, obviously.
Any time you do an EC/EC2/EM Conversion, it's recorded in the Stats by the Vehicle Modification Budget Stat found in the Pause Menu, so keep that in mind! The more EC/EC2/EM Conversions you do, the higher all of these Stats will be!
There's really no point in using this EC/EC2/EM Conversion. I show it because I am obviously making a full and complete Guide.
I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20946 (Version 1.03) of GTA San Andreas for PS2.
