This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
Unfortunately, the Top Fun Van DOES NOT spawn on the Beach when playing on PS2 (also counts Digital PS3 and PS4). It spawns on ALL OTHER Platforms and Versions, though, and because of that, you can skip the extra step I show in this Video since you'll have one parked on the Beach already. You also DO NOT have to do what you see in the Video, either, by creating a world without pedestrians spawning doing what you see me do at the very start of the Video using a Bike. I do this because you won't have any pedestrians walking around when you are RPG'ing the RC Bandit back to the Garage. It's NOT needed, but can help out a lot!
It IS POSSIBLE to get PERMANENT BLIPS placed on your Radar from using this Method! To avoid them, it's all about the TIMING of when you began the "RC Bandit Race" with X amount of seconds remaining on the Rampage Timer. It also relies on when you skip Cutscenes and blow up your own RC Bandit to fail the Mission. It's very precise.
Note that there are four total RC Bandit's that spawn in the Mission, however only three of them are obtainable using the Method shown in the Video. In the Video, I obtain the Unique/EC/EC2 Taxi Yellow and White RC Bandit, but using the exact same Method, you can also obtain the Unique/EC/EC2 Cherry Red and White RC Bandit as well as the Unique/EC/EC2 Police Car Blue and White RC Bandit. Just repeat the process two more times to obtain all three of them. Don't bother trying to obtain the Unique/EC/EC2 Midnight Blue and White RC Bandit using this Method because it will NEVER restore in the Garage!
You absolutely MUST BE playing the Definitive Edition on Version 1.02 or lower! If you play on Version 1.03 and above, the EC's on all RC Bandit's will just be Traffic Default Colored RC Bandit's in the Mission itself and NOT SPECIAL! It's unknown what would happen if you obtained one on Version 1.02 or below and then updated to Version 1.03 or higher, but I'd assume they'd be given Traffic Default Colors OR given Glitched Colors like what happens to Black Vehicles.
Before going about obtaining one of these RC Bandit's, you should have already passed the "RC Bandit Race" as well as Vigilante Level 12. If both are passed beforehand, you will NOT get any Mission Attempts added to the Stats.
The game WILL CRASH on ALL Platforms and Versions if you try and enter the RC Bandit EXCEPT FOR the Definitive Edition. These RC Bandit's are just Trophies to admire unless you play on Definitive Edition where the opening/closing door animations done on the RC Bandit will NOT crash the game!
Fun Fact - The RC Bandit's are surely EC/EC2 (Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) because if you were to drive ANY RC Bandit into a Pay and Spray, it would only shoot out Traffic Default Colors assigned to the RC Bandit in Carcols.dat. If you were to drive one of these into a Pay and Spray (only possible on the Definitive Edition), you could never get the original Colors back!
