In this Video, I show how to obtain the AP/EC2 Black Stretch from the mission "Salvatore's Called a Meeting" with failing the mission as it's the only way to get it. Also I show how to store it in Shoreside Vale Garage and then come back to Portland.
Head to Portland Harbor to get a Linerunner and take it behind Joe's garage. Then get the Perennial across the street near the police station and park it facing the Linerunner. Then jump on it and climb the roof of truck. Then start jumping on it to pass through the garage's roof. Once you done it, jump on the corner of the garage where is solid. You will be inside the garage, where the Stretch is. Get on it and reverse to fall into the blue hell to respawn on the street. Here is where the method splits between versions of the game. On classic versions of PC and Consoles, you can ditch it on the water on Portland Beach and then use the Taxi DP conversion to turn it into ghost mode and drive through the blocking gate on Porter Tunnel to head to Shoreside Vale. On Mobile and Definitive Editon you can't do that, thus instead having to sunk it into ground. Now this is without a doubt the most annoying vehicle to do that, as you have to reverse it into the cinema across Luigi's Club on Red Light District. The problem with it is the place is close to Chinatown, thus resulting the game in spawning Triads near you. Block the cinema with a Perennial parked in the alleyway near by and another car from traffic after putting the Stretch on it. That prevents those pieces of shit from bothering you as can be seeing in the video, thus allowing you to sunk the Stretch through the ground in peace. As you falling through the ground, quickly accelerate and turn left to prevent it from either fall tipped upside-down or fall into blue hell. That is by far the worst part of this as landing on the roof of the subway station is hard due the Stretch tipping over most of the times. Once you finally done it, drive to the right of the station to get on the tunnel. Once you manage it get to the tunnel, follow it to the Porter Tunnel and fall close to it. Once you respawn inside of it, drive it to either Staunton or Shoreside Vale and store it on the garage. Then get a boat on the docks in Newport to return to Portland. On Definitive Editon (below patch 1.03), you have to use the mission script passenger from The Getaway to turn the Stretch into ghost mode and drive through the Porter Tunnel.
