In this Video, I show how to obtain the EC/EC2 Light Blue and Grey Bobcat from the mission "D.I.V.O.R.C.E." with Mission Pass. After I obtain it, I reload the Save to show that it's still there.
A recent discovery made 2 months ago. You need to chase Marty until Little Havana, where the EC/EC2 Bobcat shows up as a backup. You can jack it before or after killing Marty. Then take it to the garage and finish the mission. As you can see is really easy vehicle to get. So why only now this was discovered? Likely due being extremely easy to kill Marty fast. If you don't wait until the street where Umberto's house is, the backup Bobcat won't show up.
