There three exportation lists we need to complete for 100% completion, with two of them requesting civilian vehicles. In this video we be doing the one on the first island, located in Portland Harbor. This lists has 16 vehicles to export, with 11 being on parked locations. Mule, Yankee, Linerunner, and Pony are all nearby the delivery garage. Patriot can be taken from the side-mission Patriot Playground at the Supa Safe market near the harbor, Bobcat is at the Portland Beach, Coach is at the bus garage in Trenton, and Rumpo is at sawmill also in Trenton. Moonbeam is outside the cafe in Callahan Point, Blista is outside Asuka's apartment in Newport, and Dodo is near the helipad on Francis Airport. Securicar, Flatbed, Bus, and Trashmaster have to be found driving on traffic, with all possible appearing around the stadium on Aspatria. Mr. Whoopee is the rarest of the list, with a minor chance of also driving around the stadium. That vehicle can also be found on Firefighter side-mission, and be taken after extinguished the fire. After completing the list, all vehicles become available to be imported.
