In this Video, I show how to obtain the EC Cream White Comet from the mission "Leap and Bond" with Mission Failure as it's the only way to get it. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there.
On PS2 you can simply keep the vehicle after passing the mission. On be PSP however that can't be done due the Comet being "marked", and remains on that condition even after passing the mission. Failing the mission unmarks the Comet, thus being able to save it. I yet to make a video the "Marked Virus", which exists at LCS on PSP only as well, and there it can be used to make vehicles remains on map until storing it on garages, as well teleport into vehicles without open the doors.
