GTA 3 is the first game to have the loading glitch, which it's what allows to get a vehicle in NE (No Extra) form. Basically you open and close the garage door fill with vehicles to cause the glitch. Here we get a NE Taxi and NE Hoods Rumpo, with the first being shown in this video. Best place to get a NE Taxi is at our garage in Wichita Gardens, where is a consistent place to a Taxi spawn. One thing though, you must have no vehicle with extras on the garage. Also you must clear the road of Extra vehicles, which you can do by going back at the garage like I done in the video.
