These Save Files were assembled on RPCS3 with GTA IV (The Complete Edition) Version 1.00 (BLUS-30682). Save States were used in order to play perfect and limit any wasted time. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to voice them in the comments and I will answer them when I can!
00:00 - Acquiring the Mod Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
04:00 - Acquiring the Barbershop Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
07:10 - Placing the Jetpack in the Transfender and then beginning "Beefy Baron"
11:35 - Flying the Unique/EP/FP (Explosion Proof and Fire Proof) RC Baron back to the Garage
12:00 - Canceling out of the Mod Menu and Barbershop Menu and teleporting the Berkley's RC Van to Transfender
12:10 - Picking up the Jetpack and flying back to the Garage to shoot and blow up the RC Baron to fail the Mission and respawn back at Zero's
14:15 - Proving the EP/FP Properties and showing off the Unique/EP/FP RC Baron
This Method will ONLY WORK for the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method. This also DOES NOT WORK on Mobile because after you teleport the Van to the Transfender, CJ never exits it and it's stuck to the ground.
Other than this RC Baron and the one from "Supply Lines...," there's also the one from "Air Raid" which can be obtained using OM0 shown here - youtube.com/watch?v=pllufOQx04M
Every time you see me press Pause and Unpause after I enter/exit a Vehicle while the whole Flight School Takeoff Lesson is going is because if I don't, the Lesson would cancel. For whatever reason, if you play with a Controller unlike Keyboard/Mouse Controls, you can't just enter/exit a Vehicle. You have to hold the button to enter/exit, press Pause, let go of the enter/exit button, then Unpause and now you can freely move. Rinse and repeat the process every single time you want to enter/exit a Vehicle. This goes for Nintendo Switch and all that jazz, too. If you are exclusively on the PC Platform and playing the Definitive Edition and are using Keyboard/Mouse Controls, you won't have to Pause/Unpause like shown here.
I enter Flight School and select the Takeoff Lesson. I leave the Plane doing what I explained above. I go to Transfender. I CANCEL the Takeoff Lesson at the same time as I enter the Red Marker and acquire the Mod Menu. I then restart the Takeoff Lesson. I then HOLD the exit Vehicle button until the Mission fails. I then find the AC Tower (Safehouse) to regain vision.
After finding the AC Tower and regaining vision, I start Takeoff again and exit the Plane and head to the Barbershop repeating the steps from above and finding the AC Tower a second time. Only this time, I can't sprint to reach the AC Tower. Must walk slowly on foot or you activate the Barbershop Menu.
Placing the Jetpack inside of the Transfender as shown is mandatory. When you cancel out of both Menu's, which will spawn the Berkley's RC Van inside of the Transfender, CJ will exit it and just keep walking in one direction. He needs to pick up the Jetpack in order to move after this part, or he'll be stuck in the Transfender forever. You also only have two minutes to begin the Mission and get back to the Jetpack, or it vanishes.
After you blow up the RC Baron and the Mission fails, be careful not to walk into the Red Marker to begin the Mission again like I did in the Video by accident. Even though you can obtain this RC Baron after 100% Completion, I do NOT recommend it since this Side Mission will ALWAYS add a Mission Attempt to the Stats! Obtaining it TOGETHER with the AP Berkley's RC Van from "Supply Lines..." is far better due to saving a Mission Attempt in the process!
Note that the Zero Missions (Z) are OPTIONAL to progress the Story, but are REQUIRED for 100% Completion. With that said, you'll need to pass all three Zero Missions in order to unlock "Beefy Baron" Side Mission.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Acquiring the Ammunation Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
02:25 - Turning the blue Minimap back to normal by entering a Stadium Event (Dirt Track)
05:25 - Acquiring the Ticket Booth Menu by canceling the Ammunation Menu and gaining movement over CJ and then driving to Grove Street
06:45 - Beginning "End of the Line" and going through the Mission like normal while maintaining the Ticket Booth Menu and using the Minimap for guidance
10:20 - Catching Sweet and when the Minimap returns, I buy a Ticket to Las Venturas
10:45 - Waiting until the Plane is parallel to the Cluckin' Bell and then jumping out and parachuting to the ground
11:50 - Using the Minigun to blow up the Feltzer and fail the Mission and then using it to blow up the EP/FP (Explosion Proof and Fire Proof) Tornado
14:05 - Pushing the wreck back to a Garage to restore it
16:05 - Proving the EP/FP Properties and showing off the EP/FP Tornado
This Method will ONLY WORK for Mobile and the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method. If you want to obtain it on these Platforms, you will have to use an OM0 Method shown here - youtube.com/watch?v=uUSU2of7ltw or youtube.com/watch?v=HkcbD5d8V5A
Every time you see me press Pause and Unpause after I enter/exit a Vehicle while the whole Flight School Takeoff Lesson is going is because if I don't, the Lesson would cancel. You have to hold the button to enter/exit, press Pause, let go of the enter/exit button, then Unpause and now you can freely move. I enter Flight School and select the Takeoff Lesson. I leave the Plane doing what I explained above. I go to Ammunation. I CANCEL the Takeoff Lesson at the same time as I enter the Red Marker and acquire the Ammunation Menu. I then select the Body Armor in the Menu which will also begin the actual Takeoff Lesson. I then HOLD the exit Vehicle button until the Mission fails. I then find the AC Tower (Safehouse) to regain vision.
As you can see, if you have Thermal Goggles in your Weapon Inventory, it can make finding the AC Tower a lot easier. Without them, the world will be completely greyed out and you'll have to continuously activate the Weapon Wheel to "see" and look for the Jetpack for guidance. That isn't that hard, either, but this is a LOT easier.
If you have the Casino Missions left on your Radar, your Map will NOT be blued out like mine is and thus, you will NOT have to do the extra step involved to turn the BLUE Map back to a NORMAL looking Map by entering a Stadium Event, like "Dirt Track." "8-Track" and other things can also work.
When you arrive to the Ticket Booth, just enter it and cancel the Ammunation Menu at the same time to gain movement of CJ again. When you try and enter a Vehicle (at least with a Controller) it'll cancel the Ticket Booth Menu, so you must Pause and Unpause the game. Same case when you exit your Vehicle when you arrive to Grove Street and then enter the Red Marker to begin "End of the Line."
The worst part about this entire task, and because it's very luck based, is when you have to catch Sweet and you see nothing at all on your screen due to the Ticket Booth Menu taking up the entire screen and only allowing you to "see" by using the Minimap for guidance. In this time, ANYTHING can spawn in front of you and you'll run into it. Police Vehicles can NOT be despawned, as well. In most cases, you won't catch Sweet and will have to redo the entire thing from the beginning.
If you manage to catch Sweet, wait until the Minimap pops up on your screen and then take a Flight to Las Venturas. Wait until the Plane is parallel to the Cluckin' Bell Icon on the Map and then jump from the Plane and parachute to the ground. You won't be able to jack Vehicles at all right now (until the Mission fails). Use the Minigun to blow up the Feltzer and fail the Mission. If you're good at Free Aim, you can actually kill the driver of the Tornado and then casually drive it back to a Garage, but that isn't easy with a Controller, especially. So you can just blow it up with the Minigun and push it back to a Garage.
The Tornado featured in the Mission has Traffic Default Colors and changes upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Passing "Mountain Cloud Boys" and acquiring a Mod Menu
07:30 - Passing "Ran Fa Li" while maintaining the Mod Menu
11:40 - Passing "Lure" whilst obtaining the DP/EP/FP/MP (Damage Proof, Explosion Proof, Fire Proof, and Melee Proof) Rancher
21:35 - Proving the DP/EP/FP/MP Properties and showing off the DP/EP/FP/MP Rancher
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. You're able to change your Controls on the PC Version, thus allowing you to drive with a Mod Menu. Same case goes for Mobile and Definitive Edition. I am not sure how this could be done on PS2 and Xbox, unless perhaps you're using an Emulator which also can change Controls.
Have the Chinatown Safehouse purchased before you begin since you will need to enter/exit it to regain normal vision of the game world.
Note that when Woozie blows up both enemy Sentinel's, sometimes the explosions will also blow up your own Sentinel which will waste CJ in most cases and fail the Mission. If that happens, just reload and try again, of course.
Since I am using a Controller and prefer "Classic" Controls, X drives Vehicles forward, but it also selects stuff in the Mod Menu. Since this is the case, I am forced to change the Controls to "Modern" which changes driving to R2 rather than X, allowing me to drive with the Mod Menu up.
When you arrive to the very end of "Lure" and into the Red Marker, wait until the camera changes and then exit out of the Mod Menu to teleport the Rancher to the Transfender. Immediately reverse out of there, blow it up, and allow the Mission to pass on its own. You must be quick. A Minigun is NOT required, but it surely comes in handy. Without a Minigun, you'd have to run around to the OTHER SIDE of the Rancher and shoot directly at the gas tank until it explodes. This wastes too much time, so I used a Minigun.
Know that it's possible to obtain the EC2 Manana from "Ran Fa Li" along the way when doing this Method to obtain the Rancher. You can obtain it all the same, and still maintain the Mod Menu.
The Rancher featured in the Mission has Traffic Default Colors and changes upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Beginning "End of the Line" and fetching the Unique/BP/FP (Bullet Proof and Fire Proof) S.W.A.T. and parking it where you see in the Video before placing a few Satchel Charges on it
02:40 - Fetching a Rhino from the Ganton Garage and parking it near the S.W.A.T.
04:20 - Stomping the AP/EC2 (All Proof and Exclusive Secondary Color) Arctic White Greenwood Greenwood with a Parachute until it catches on fire and detonating the Satchel Charges to destroy the S.W.A.T.
05:05 - Shooting the Greenwood wreck and pushing the S.W.A.T. wreck back to the Garage
41:50 - Restoring both the S.W.A.T. and Greenwood in the Garage
44:05 - Proving the BP/FP and AP Properties and showing off the Unique/BP/FP S.W.A.T. and AP/EC2 Greenwood
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, and Mobile since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It does NOT work on the Definitive Edition due to the Sawn-Off Shotguns not being able to move wrecks that are glued to the ground.
Before you begin, you will need a few Satchel Charges, a Parachute, thousands of Sawn-Off Shotgun ammo, and a Rhino in the Ganton Garage. A Minigun can come in handy, as well. It's also advised to take over all the Gang Territories OR at least all the ones surrounding Grove Street so you're not dealing with annoying Ballas spawning around you and draining your health and armor from them shooting at you!
You DO NOT have to obtain both the S.W.A.T. and Greenwood at the same time. Obtaining both SEPARATELY is 500 times easier. Doing it like this will save you one Mission Attempt. That's it. And, if you did Burglary for Infinite Sprint, well, then, you didn't exactly save a Mission Attempt, now did you?
This is a monumental task and a LOT of RNG involved with it. What I mean by that and you can clearly see it in the Video is you begin to get shot at for no reason due to these stupid Riots going on at the time. The nightmare begins when you reach the staircase and need to get both the S.W.A.T. and Greenwood down the staircase. After getting both down the staircase, it gets a bit easier all the way back to the Garage. Then, that is where everything could go wrong, too. In this Video, I seemed to NOT have a problem with the S.W.A.T. vanishing when being pushed into the Garage, but it can happen and it happens often! The Greenwood can vanish very easily in the process, too!
****I highly recommend and suggest watching the OTHER Videos linked below. My Video uses Save States and is very sloppy for one. Their Videos do not and are much cleaner!****
youtube.com/watch?v=i_44rtBuSrw - Part 1 and Part 2 - youtube.com/watch?v=lKOZnvbo0cY - This is the same Video and Method I show, only in TWO Parts. It does NOT use Save States and is actually quicker by about 15-20 minutes. He simply got very lucky and good RNG.
youtube.com/watch?v=UfgWRLypyRs - This Method is OLD and LONGER, but, he does NOT use Save States. However, notice WHERE he's putting the S.W.A.T. in his Video compared to mine. Since he's recording this Video on PC and due to the better Draw Distance on PC, you can actually put the S.W.A.T. DOWN the staircase right away and blow it up there. In my Video, notice how mine is UP the staircase and closer to the Greenwood. If I put the S.W.A.T. any closer to the staircase, it vanishes right before my eyes the moment the Mission is failed for being "too far away." This is why his Video is shorter, basically, because he's doing less work. The hardest task about this Method (outside stuff vanishing AT the Garage at the very end) is getting the HEAVY S.W.A.T. down that staircase and if you're on PC, that isn't even a thing. Much easier on PC doing this.
The EC2 on this Greenwood is VISIBLE by the back end above the trunk.
Fun Fact - The Unique/BP/FP S.W.A.T. is Heavy. After entering it, you can experience this Property on your way back to a Garage. Unfortunately, it's unobtainable in such form. The Heavy Property is removed after the Garage closes down on it. The Heavy Property is only retainable by a Garage in GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories!
Fun Fact 2 - Any Police Vehicle that can activate Vigilante will acquire PP (Pop Proof) Tires! The PP Property is removed after you store it back inside of a Garage, but you can reapply the PP Property over and over.
Fun Fact 3 - This Greenwood appears in many Missions with varying Properties, however, in all cases, it's the same EC2 Greenwood that is always sitting in Grove Street if you didn't realize.

00:00 - Acquiring the Mod Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
06:00 - Getting a Vehicle I want to convert into EC/EC2/EM (Exclusive Color, Exclusive Secondary Color, and Exclusive Modification)
06:05 - Changing the Primary (EC) and Secondary Color (EC2) of the Dune as well as giving it some possible Modifications (EM) and then exiting the Transfender with the EC/EC2/EM Dune
08:55 - Showing off the EC/EC2/EM Dune
This Method will ONLY WORK for Mobile and the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method.
Know that converting MULTIPLE Vehicles in VARIOUS Garages is totally possible. If these kind of Conversions interest you, and you want to see it done on a mass quantity of Vehicles, then check this Video out - youtube.com/watch?v=GJyQUEt7LLY - He's using "The Green Sabre" but you can obviously do the same thing in Free Roam after acquiring the Mod Menu with Flight School.
Obviously, you want to convert some kind of Vehicle that normally wouldn't be able to enter the Mod Garage to maximize the value of your converted Vehicle. For instance, the Dune I chose to convert in the Video can't enter any Mod Garage under normal circumstances. Neither can other certain Vehicles, as well as Vans/Trucks or Planes/Helicopters, etc. If you'd be converting let's say a Washington, it's not going to be special other than the possible SECONDARY Color you put on it because a Washington can enter a Mod Garage normally and change the PRIMARY Color at any given time, as well as give it many possible kinds of Modifications. So, none of those would be special. Only the possible SECONDARY Color since it's the only thing you couldn't change under normal circumstances on said Washington!
ANY Vehicle that CJ can sit inside and drive/fly can be converted into EC/EC2/EM. However, not ALL Vehicles will show a Primary and/or Secondary Color change due to these kind of Vehicles having only one VISIBLE Color Area or a Livery, instead. An example would be the HPV1000 which has a Livery. You can change Color 1 and 2, but it'll visually look the same as it did before, despite now being EC/EC2. Note that NOT ALL MODS WILL WORK! Some of them will crash the game, depending on which Vehicle you're trying to modify and with which modification.
Note that the FINAL Vehicle you convert into EC/EC2/EM will be the one you will be taking out of the Mod Garage at the end. So if you were to convert a Maverick, this would be in the Mod Garage at the end. You obviously can't just fly it out in most cases, so you'll need to push it out, obviously.
Note that you not only can use Transfender, but also Loco Low Co. and Wheel Arch Angels for EC/EC2/EM Conversions. By using those Mod Garages, you can get far more EM's on your Vehicles and even making them look deformed and very strange. Using Loco Low Co. - youtube.com/watch?v=U4whg41v4vQ and using Wheel Arch Angels - youtube.com/watch?v=yzJNBsl36_U and here is the EM Greenwood from "Reuniting the Families" being converted to EM in Free Roam rather than being obtained from the Mission itself - youtube.com/watch?v=Uo4dvwW4dL0
Any time you do an EC/EC2/EM Conversion, it's recorded in the Stats by the Vehicle Modification Budget Stat found in the Pause Menu, so keep that in mind! The more EC/EC2/EM Conversions you do, the higher all of these Stats will be!
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Acquiring the Ammunation Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
02:30 - Getting a Vehicle I want to convert into AP (All Proof) form and going out on a Date
04:50 - Entering the Red Marker to finish the Date, waiting for the Coffee Prompt to appear on screen, and then canceling out of the Ammunation Menu
05:15 - Submerging my Vehicle in water and then accepting Coffee
06:00 - Pushing my Vehicle out of the water
08:55 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP Super GT
This Method will ONLY WORK for Mobile and the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method. There's no reason to use this Method on Mobile when you can use the Close App Method on Mobile.
I then HOLD the exit Vehicle button until the Mission fails. I then find the AC Tower (Safehouse) to regain vision.
Know that after you cancel out of the Ammunation Menu, you CAN EXIT your Vehicle, however, you CAN NOT ENTER any other Vehicle. You can't even re-enter the Vehicle you just exited it! What this means is, make sure CJ is sitting inside of the Vehicle you want to convert in the Cutscene and never leave it until after submerging it in water and having Coffee.
ANY Girlfriend can be used and ANY Vehicle that CJ can sit inside and drive/fly can be converted into AP form.
For the BIGGEST Vehicles, you're going to use much LARGER bodies of water and an Undrowning Zone like this Video shows - youtube.com/watch?v=elkECJpoWOw - Drive your Vehicle into the water like shown in the Video, and accept Coffee. After, swim to the spot to undrown CJ, allow the Vehicle to sink to the bottom, push it into the zone, then drive it out of the water back in Los Santos at Santa Maria Beach. This spot is good for Planes and Helicopters, especially, as well as large Trucks like the Dune. In almost all cases when it comes to Planes and Helicopters (outside the Andromada), you can casually just fly them out of the water.
SOME Vehicles, like a Leviathan, Seasparrow, Vortex, and other Boats will be a bit harder to convert because they must be "upside down" in the water with CJ still sitting in them. Also, all BOATS will be converted to AP, however, only the BP/EP/FP Properties will register in-game. Here is a Video of a Dinghy being converted into AP form - youtube.com/watch?v=j4qVgnB2TuA
Any time you do an AP Conversion, it's recorded in the Stats by the Successful Dates and Times Scored (Had Coffee) Stats found in the Pause Menu, so keep that in mind! The more AP Conversions you do, the higher all of these Stats will be!
I do NOT recommend using this AP Conversion for much of anything. There's already plenty of AP Vehicles naturally existing throughout the Story that are obtainable. Throughout the entire game, there's well over 40 (with and without OM0) AP Vehicles to obtain and by doing that, you'll gain a much greater satisfaction after the fact rather than just using an AP Conversion. Plus, you'll gain much more skill and knowledge of all the Methods, too.
How the AP Conversion works is simple. During the Cutscene when you have Coffee with any Girlfriend, your Vehicle is temporarily converted to AP and when the Cutscene ends, the AP Properties are deleted. If you submerge a Vehicle in water during this Cutscene, it will preserve those AP Properties so they will still be there after the Cutscene is over! Note that using an AP Vehicle during any normal Date will DELETE the AP Properties and you'll have to reapply them!
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Beginning "Badlands A" and driving to the location shown in the Video
01:45 - Waiting for the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 (Bullet Proof, Explosion Proof, Fire Proof, Melee Proof, and Exclusive Secondary Color) Vermilion Solid Fortune to get closer to the location and pushing it into the water
02:00 - Getting the Fortune to respawn back on land and then using the Parachute on it to blow it up
04:35 - Finding a Tanker and pushing the Fortune's Wreck back to the Palomino Creek Garage to restore it
36:00 - Proving the BP/EP/FP/MP Properties and showing off the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Fortune
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. With that said, the Method is more designed for the Definitive Edition since this is the ONLY WAY it works. For whatever reason, your OWN Vehicle (unless you get out and then back in) as well as the Opponent's Vehicles are LOCKED to Grove Street Gang Members. You simply cannot use them or that Method to obtain any Race Vehicle on the Definitive Edition.
I am not sure if I simply got unlucky and the Fortune just disappeared as the Garage was closing down on it, BUT, I've actually experimented with a much SHORTER Method to obtain the Fortune. Sometimes, right when the Race begins, you can get ahead of the Fortune and turn in front of it making it drive straight into the barn. You can trap it there. Then, just run into the front tire (same as BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot Method 2) of the Fortune which will cause damage and cause it to blow up eventually. Then, using your own Vehicle you can push the Wreck back to the Garage, which is now much CLOSER THAN where you begin in this Video. When I tried this Method, the Fortune just wasn't in the Garage when I opened it up again. Not sure if it just vanished, or if pushing this Fortune into the water prior to all of this has anything to do with it restoring in the Garage. If the Barn Method actually works, you can save about 15-20 minutes or so in the process.
You can't use a Tractor from traffic to tow the Fortune back to a Garage. I tried that, too.
After pushing the Fortune into the water, keep the camera on the area for a few moments, then look away like I show in the Video, and then look back. It should respawn and be driving VERY SLOWLY. If it's not there, or driving fast, then retry.
Be very careful when you enter Vehicles on the Definitive Edition. Even when you're looking directly at a Wreck and then enter a Vehicle, the camera can take the vision OFF the Wreck and have it vanish! What I mean is what happens the second I enter the Tanker in this very Video. The camera just zooms off what I was looking at. Surprised the Wreck was still there, in fact, since it usually vanishes in a split second!
Note that this Mission is actually "Wu Zi Mu." The Fortune is obtainable during the actual Mission, but it would cost a Mission Failure! Obtaining it AFTER all the Races are complete is the way to go because you won't get any added Mission Attempts to the Stats and can conserve valuable storage space early on when you're in The Country portion of the Story.
There is actually FIVE other Race Vehicles that are rather valuable and you should consider obtaining them. ALL Vehicles found in Races are FP. They are the FP/EC2 Vermilion Solid Stallion, FP/EC2 Vermilion Solid Sabre, FP/EC2 Vermilion Solid Sultan, FP/EC2 Vermilion Solid ZR-350, and EC2 Black ZR-350 found in "Badlands A" and "Badlands B." Since the Methods are identical to what I show for the Fortune, I will just link Videos showing these other Race Vehicles instead of recording them myself. FP/EC2 Stallion/Sabre - youtube.com/watch?v=AThJDrapPsw and FP/EC2 Sultan/ZR-350/EC2 ZR-350 - youtube.com/watch?v=urbMQvewOiA
The EC2 on this Fortune can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Fortune.

00:00 - Failing "Mountain Cloud Boys" twice whilst obtaining the AP (All Proof) Sentinel
18:10 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP Sentinel
This Method will ONLY WORK for the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method. It doesn't work on Mobile because the Sentinel will be stuck to the ground inside of the Transfender with no way of moving it.
The Method will cost you TWO Mission Attempts. The first one is used to acquire the Mod Menu and then allowing Woozie to be wasted while you restart the Mission for a second time. Technically speaking, you can obtain it in ONE Mission Attempt, but that would require a Mod Menu obtained from "Small Town Bank" way back in the Country Missions and then keeping it all the way through until this Mission. While doing that, you'd likely skip Special Vehicles and have problems. Overall, not recommended, but if you want to see it done, check this Video out - youtube.com/watch?v=a9R7F3s--E0
You will NEED a Parachute before you begin since it's the only way to destroy the AP Sentinel. Be sure to have at least ONE Satchel Charge on you so you can plant it on Woozie and blow him up to fail the Mission after destroying the AP Sentinel with the Parachute.
You do NOT need a Minigun. If you're good at Free Aim, then you'll likely only need the AK-47 or M4 to shoot the driver of the AP Sentinel so he leaves the door open. For me, Free Aim with a (broken) Controller is a nightmare at times, so I spammed the Minigun bullets and did what I had to do.
When I was trying to restart the Mission for a second time, I somehow had trouble walking into the Red Marker and wasted minutes.
When you restart the Mission, don't forget to go to Cluckin' Bell which will fix the Minimap. If you want to get some safety Body Armor like I did in the Video, go right ahead, as well!
I highly recommend NOT obtaining this AP Sentinel ever. It's just completely pointless and skipping the one early on in Los Santos doesn't exactly help your collection of Special Vehicles be any larger by this stage of the game, anyways. Always obtain the AP Sentinel from "The Green Sabre" and never this Mission.
The Sentinel featured in the Mission has Traffic Default Colors and changes upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
Fun Fact - There's an INFERIOR EM Sentinel featured in this Mission. If you want to see how to obtain it, check this Video out - youtube.com/watch?v=cUrJDj_HkLc

00:00 - Acquiring the Mod Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
04:30 - Acquiring the Barbershop Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
07:40 - Placing the Jetpack in the Transfender and then beginning "Supply Lines..." wearing the Parachute
12:25 - Flying the Unique/EP/FP (Explosion Proof and Fire Proof) RC Baron back to the Garage
12:45 - Canceling out of the Mod Menu and Barbershop Menu and teleporting the AP (All Proof) Berkley's RC Van to Transfender
13:30 - Putting the RC Baron in the Garage against the wall and pushing the Berkley's RC Van back to Zero's on foot wearing the Jetpack
01:18:25 - Removing the Jetpack and using the Parachute to destroy the Berkley's RC Van
01:19:00 - Picking up the Jetpack and flying back to the Garage to shoot and blow up the RC Baron to fail the Mission and respawn back at Zero's
01:19:35 - Pushing the Wreck of the Berkley's RC Van back to the Garage
01:26:20 - Proving the EP/FP and AP Properties and showing off the Unique/EP/FP RC Baron and AP Berkley's RC Van
There's also an OM0 Method which will work on PS2, Xbox, and PC, though it's only for the AP Berkley's RC Van and not the Unique/EP/FP RC Baron along with it. Shown here - youtube.com/watch?v=l92mYRKmzio
Other than this RC Baron and the one from "Beefy Baron," there's also the one from "Air Raid" which can be obtained using OM0 shown here - youtube.com/watch?v=pllufOQx04M
When you cancel out of both Menu's, which will spawn the AP Berkley's RC Van inside of the Transfender, CJ will exit it and just keep walking in one direction. He needs to pick up the Jetpack in order to move after this part, or he'll be stuck in the Transfender forever. You also only have two minutes to begin the Mission and get back to the Jetpack, or it vanishes.
MAKE SURE you're wearing the Parachute before beginning the Mission and make sure you have a Micro SMG/Tec-9 in your Inventory! Once the Mission begins, you can no longer switch Weapons and if you enter any Vehicle, you will no longer be able to exit it unless an NPC pulls CJ out of it.
You're controlling the RC Baron the entire time you push the Van back to Zero's. Though, you're not using the Accelerate/Reverse Buttons, so the RC Baron won't move. Be careful removing the Jetpack as that same Button is what blows up the RC Baron! You must use Pause/Unpause.
This is actually an ALTERNATIVE and much LONGER Method. I must use this Method because the other, much shorter and easier Method, won't work for me, shown here - youtube.com/watch?v=anXyteRbp5k
Note that the Mission contains an INFERIOR EP/FP Berkley's RC Van, EP/FP Mountain Bike, and EP/FP Sanchez shown here - youtube.com/watch?v=OMyOQCQnDos
The Berkley's RC Van's featured in the Mission have Traffic Default Colors and change upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.

08:50 - Beginning "End of the Line" and driving to the Crack Palace while maintaining the Mod Menu
11:05 - Teleporting the AP/EC2 (All Proof and Exclusive Secondary Color) Arctic White Greenwood to Transfender by canceling out of the Mod Menu
11:10 - Taking the Greenwood back to a Garage
13:30 - Fetching the Unique/BP/FP (Bullet Proof and Fire Proof) S.W.A.T., smashing the front entrance to the Crack Palace, and taking it back to the same Garage
15:10 - Destroying the S.W.A.T. with Satchel Charges and then using the Parachute to destroy the Greenwood so the Mission fails and restoring them
16:40 - Proving the BP/FP and AP Properties and showing off the Unique/BP/FP S.W.A.T. and AP/EC2 Greenwood
This Method will ONLY WORK for the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method. It doesn't work on Mobile because the Greenwood will be stuck to the ground inside of the Transfender with no way of moving it.

When I arrive to the Crack Palace and push the Greenwood on foot into the Red Marker before entering, I hold the Accelerate AND Reverse Buttons at the same time to prevent CJ from closing the door and keeping it open after the Cutscenes.

00:00 - Acquiring the Ammunation Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
04:30 - Beginning "Los Desperados" and going through the Mission like normal while maintaining the Ammunation Menu
10:10 - Running toward the El Corona/Verdant Bluffs Garage to get a Towtruck and driving it back to the AP (All Proof) Glendale
11:20 - Arriving to the end of the Mission and canceling out of the Ammunation Menu in the Cutscene and running toward the Towtruck and Glendale as the Mission passes
12:45 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP Glendale
This Method will ONLY WORK for Mobile and the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method.

To aim and shoot with a Controller has always been R1 plus Circle (Playstation). However, Circle is also what is controlling what is happening in the Ammunation Menu! This is why I slowly do the gun battle and show at the end of the Video that I did NOT raise the Weapons Budget Stat! Every time I would shoot, it would exit out of the Menu I was in. I had to be careful not to buy any Body Armor. It's much easier if you simply don't lose any Body Armor, period, but that's much easier said than done on the lousy Definitive Edition.
The Glendale featured in the Mission has Traffic Default Colors and changes upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.

09:40 - Teleporting the AP/EC/EC2 (All Proof, Exclusive Color, and Exclusive Secondary Color) White Newsvan to Transfender by canceling out of the Mod Menu
11:00 - Submerging the Newsvan in water so it retains the AP Properties once the Mission fails and detonating the Satchel Charge to fail the Mission
11:50 - Pushing the Newsvan out of the water and parking it nearby

15:20 - Parking the Newsvan far enough away from the Impound Radius for Trucking
15:55 - Entering both Vortex's while looking at the Newsvan and starting Trucking which will impound both Vortex's
16:40 - Taking the Newsvan back to the Garage

This Method will ONLY WORK for Mobile and the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method.
Since you can't switch Weapons in Cutscenes on Mobile, make sure you enter the Red Marker with some kind of Weapon in hand so you can shoot and kill Toreno quickly.

I once told people this was sort of stupid to obtain and I must take that back. It's stupid to do an EC/EC2/EM Conversion on a Forklift because all that is going to do is raise the "Vehicle Modifications Budget" Stat while obtaining it from the actual Mission will only give you a Mission Attempt/Failure. What is another one of those going to hurt, when there is dozens of Special Vehicles in which require Mission Failures?
It's nice that there's a Method now without needing "Home Coming" to go along with it to acquire a Mod Menu.
The EC2 on this Forklift can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Forklift.

Unfortunately, this Method does NOT work on Mobile because there is no Weapon Wheel that will allow you to switch to a Parachute in the Cutscene. Even if you enter the Red Marker wearing the Parachute before the Cutscene, you won't be wearing it in the Cutscene.

00:00 - Passing "High Noon" whilst obtaining the AP/EC2 (All Proof and Exclusive Secondary Color) Black Buffalo
10:20 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP/EC2 Buffalo
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. With that said, the Method isn't needed anywhere else other than Definitive Edition. Note that there exists a Method for Definitive Edition almost identical to what I shown for Method 1, however, getting the Buffalo out of the water is actually harder for me than doing this Method I shown in the Video. In case you want to see and use the other Method very similar to Method 1, then check this Video out - youtube.com/watch?v=UFeJv8HAb6w
Make sure you have at least one Molotov in your Weapon Inventory before you begin. It's essential to quickly blow up the Buffalo to retain the AP Properties!
Only with AUTO AIM can use get Pulaski to enter the Buffalo, and then exit it, without having to stand in front of it. With that said, you don't even need Auto Aim, and can just stand in front of the Buffalo, blocking it, and Pulaski will reverse and CJ can quickly jack it from him. It's shown in the Video linked above.
Know that if you take your time destroying the Buffalo, it can lose its Properties! There's about 15 seconds or so from the time CJ enters the Buffalo until it loses its Properties! You will have to have it in water or blown up before that!
It's pure RNG related madness for what Vehicle you get to spawn on the road above that you use to push the Wreck of the Buffalo back to the Garage. It's also quite tricky to keep the camera on the Wreck while jacking a Vehicle because the camera so desperately wants to look straight and not sideways, on an angle, where the Buffalo is. If you don't get a HEAVY and BIG Vehicle to spawn, this will surely take a lot longer!
Note that there is actually another AP Buffalo, however, it's INFERIOR because it's not EC2, like this Buffalo. It's featured in the Mission right before this one called "Misappropriation." You can also obtain it with passing the Mission. If you want to see how it's done, check this Video - youtube.com/watch?v=mUpJc2rNkrA
The EC2 on this Buffalo can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Buffalo.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Acquiring the Ammunation Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
04:30 - Beginning "Up, Up, and Away!" and going through the Mission like normal while maintaining the Ammunation Menu
13:20 - Arriving to the end of the Mission, entering the Red Marker, canceling out of the Ammunation Menu, and killing Woozie with a Parachute to fail the Mission
13:55 - Storing the AP (All Proof) Leviathan
14:45 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP Leviathan
This Method will ONLY WORK for Mobile and the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method. If you want to obtain this from the actual Mission instead of using a Conversion, and you want to do it on either PS2, Xbox, or PC, then you must use an OM0 Method shown here - youtube.com/watch?v=zVksAdIFu3E
Know that on the Mobile Version, you CAN NOT switch Weapons in Cutscenes as far as I know. When you cancel out of the Ammunation Menu on Mobile, you'll have to then run on foot to a high place, jump into water so the Parachute is deployed but not used, then come back to Woozie and punch him using the Parachute to fail the Mission as shown here - youtube.com/watch?v=yUJuOWOeR28
To aim and shoot with a Controller has always been R1 plus Circle (Playstation). However, Circle is also what is controlling what is happening in the Ammunation Menu! This is why I slowly do the gun battle and look a bit dumb at the end of the Mission trying to fly the Leviathan into Red Markers, not trying to press X, which is controlling the Leviathan. Every time I would shoot or ascend in the Leviathan, it would exit out of the Menu I was in. I had to be careful not to buy any Body Armor. I did not raise the Weapons Budget Stat in the Video. It's much easier if you simply don't lose any Body Armor, period, but that's much easier said than done on the lousy Definitive Edition.
Know that when you play with a Controller, there is DIFFERENT Controller Schemes. While up until now, I am using Classic Controls on a Controller which is likely making all of these Methods actually much harder on me, you can actually change it to MODERN Controls. I think the Controls would be more like GTA V in that regard, where you would use R2 to drive Vehicles, rather than X. That means, I would freely be able to drive Vehicles with any Menu open without worrying about pressing X by accident! In fact, some later Methods for Special Vehicles will HAVE TO USE the Modern Controller Scheme!
Fun Fact - Before you enter the Leviathan for the very first time while it sits on top of the Helipad, it's actually a BP/DP/EP/FP Leviathan. Since the MP Property isn't present, it's not AP in that very instance. In such instance, it's not obtainable.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Passing "Los Desperados" whilst obtaining the AP (All Proof) Glendale
07:00 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP Glendale
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, and Mobile since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It's unknown if this specific Method works on the Definitive Edition or not. With that said, there's a "Method 2" in which you can use on the Definitive Edition and pass the Mission all the same.
You will need a Towtruck in the Verdant Bluffs/El Corona Garage before you begin. You will also need a couple Satchel Charges as well as the Info Icon at either the Hospitals or the Police Station available.
If you're pushing the limits and trying to get as many Special Vehicles in the SAME Save as possible, you might not even have room in the Verdant Bluffs/El Corona Garage for a Towtruck before this Mission. That is actually ok, provided you're not on the Definitive Edition, because you don't actually NEED a Towtruck to obtain it. It's likely the quickest and easiest way, but if you HAD TO, you could use the Sawn-Off Shotguns and shoot it back to the Garage all the same. Interestingly enough, the AP Glendale is glued to the ground and the only way it'll move is with the Towtruck or the Sawn-Off Shotguns/Minigun. If you're on the Definitive Edition, you NEED a Towtruck as shooting it back won't work.
The Glendale featured in the Mission has Traffic Default Colors and changes upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20946 (Version 1.03) of GTA San Andreas for PS2.
00:00 - Acquiring the Ammunation Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
04:10 - Beginning "Architectural Espionage" and going through the Mission like normal while maintaining the Ammunation Menu
08:20 - Arriving to the end of the Mission, entering the Red Marker, canceling out of the Ammunation Menu, and killing the driver and passenger quickly
08:40 - Pushing the EC2 (Exclusive Secondary Color) Police Car Blue Washington back to the Garage and then wasting CJ to fail the Mission
38:50 - Showing off the EC2 Washington
This Method will ONLY WORK for Mobile and the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method. If you want to obtain this from the actual Mission instead of using a Conversion, and you want to do it on either PS2, Xbox, or PC, then you must use an OM0 Method shown here - youtube.com/watch?v=fvZSia6XM-g (With Blip) or here - youtube.com/watch?v=l60rKw14jV4 (Without Blip)
Know that on the Mobile Version, you CAN NOT switch Weapons in Cutscenes as far as I know, so like I shown in this Video, enter the Red Marker on foot with the proper Weapon in hand that you want to use. The SMG will work all the same and allow you to sprint while holding it unlike the M4.
To aim and shoot with a Controller has always been R1 plus Circle (Playstation). However, Circle is also what is controlling what is happening in the Ammunation Menu! Like the last Video shows of the first EC2 Washington, you should take your time leaving the building and take out the officers as you descend the stairs. Since I did not, they drained my Armor and when I pressed X on the Controller, I bought Armor TWICE. It's much easier if you simply don't lose any Body Armor, period, but that's much easier said than done on the lousy Definitive Edition. Just know that it CAN BE DONE if you're not in a rush and just take your time.
Since you cancel the Ammunation Menu in a Cutscene, this is why CJ isn't allowed to drive any Vehicles, and this is why you must push it back on foot. I didn't have Infinite Sprint for this Video. I suppose it would be been a BIT quicker if I did, but still not by much!
The EC2 on this Washington can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Washington.

00:00 - Wasting CJ and failing "Toreno's Last Flight" whilst obtaining the AP/EC/EC2 (All Proof, Exclusive Color, and Exclusive Secondary Color) Saxony Blue Poly and Bright Blue Poly Maverick
21:30 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP/EC/EC2 Maverick
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. I don't really recommend using this Method OTHER THAN the Definitive Edition. Everywhere else can easily just use the Sawn-Off Shotguns to shoot it off the Helipad while the Definitive Edition HAS TO USE this Method because no Weapon has any effect when shooting a Vehicle.
Before you begin, you really should have a Packer inside of the Doherty Garage. It CAN BE DONE if you're even assembling a Save and have Vehicles inside of there. I had the Rancher, Rumpo, and Stretch inside of there, with the Packer and all of them remained and saved in the Garage. Stretch on top of the back of the Packer to make it all fit!
You'll need massive patience for this one. Know that when you finally manage to knock the Maverick off the Helipad, it can land upside down and explode! Happened to me once!
The Phone Call that begins the Mission can't be skipped and let's add insult to injury, the Phone Call can become softlocked. CJ won't hang it up. Even dialog with Woozie stands still. Reload and try again when that happens, of course!
If you launch a Vehicle off the back of the Packer and CJ flies through the air and touches the top of the Helipad, the Cutscene activates and you must start again. This happens far too often, at least in my case!
You need to hit the tail, so it turns facing the corner of the Helipad, then hit it again to slide it off the Helipad the remaining way. Vehicles, Peds, Weather, no Cabbie Spawns, and a whole lot of other things will get annoying with repeatedly doing this, so you've been warned!
ANY Vehicle will work, but the faster, the better!
Note that you may want to have Katie as a Girlfriend before doing this so you don't lose your Weapons when CJ is wasted.
After wasting CJ, make sure you confirm the AP/EC/EC2 Maverick by opening and closing the Garage BEFORE you save the game. If you were to save and reload without doing that, it would vanish.
This is the ultimate, and most superior AP Maverick to exist in the game because it's also EC/EC2. The only downside is, you need to waste CJ and fail the Mission to obtain it in such form. If that bothers you, you can always obtain it with PASSING the Mission and without the AP Properties as shown in this Video - youtube.com/watch?v=vNDlNcQvnRo - This is NOT easy. The wreck of the EC/EC2 Maverick loves vanishing, even when you look at it. You can just touch it with the Fire Truck and it could vanish right before your eyes long before you even reach the Garage!
Furthermore, there is another THREE (INFERIOR) AP Maverick's to exist in the game. Two with PASSING the Mission and one with FAILING the Mission. The very first one actually exists in "The Da Nang Thang" and you can obtain it with PASSING the Mission. It takes an annoyingly long time to obtain it, so I surely do NOT recommend obtaining it. In case you want to see it, here it is - youtube.com/watch?v=Q-q5WqoyfRw
The second AND third INFERIOR AP Maverick's both exist in the Mission "Misappropriation." One is obtained with PASSING the Mission and the other is obtained with FAILING the Mission. The one that is obtained by passing the Mission is very easy and recommended to obtain if you were to NOT obtain the AP/EC/EC2 Maverick and settle for just an EC/EC2 Maverick. Then you can at least have some kind of AP Maverick in your Save and you'd be saving a Wasted Stat and a Mission Attempt while you're at it! Here is the AP Maverick with Pass - youtube.com/watch?v=mPG-f7Y5v50 and here is the AP Maverick with Fail - youtube.com/watch?v=tktKHTx1aYI
The EC2 on the Maverick is VISIBLE. The Secondary Color is the Stripe of the Maverick.
Fun Fact - Obtaining this AP/EC/EC2 Maverick together with the EC Pony featured in this Mission at the same time is possible. After storing the Maverick, just go back and get the Pony and park it in the Garage, too. Then waste CJ all the same, and afterward, confirm both in the Garage. I don't do this because it's completely pointless and is not helping the Stats in any way, shape, or form. You have to still pass the Mission next, anyways, and you can easily do it and obtain the EC Pony, then. Plus, depending on how many Special Vehicles you would have in your Save at this stage of the game, you may not have room for the EC Pony and may have to leave it in memory until you unlock the Fort Carson Garage in The Desert.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Failing "T-Bone Mendez" whilst obtaining the AP (All Proof) FCR-900
14:35 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP FCR-900
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. I don't really recommend using this Method OTHER THAN the Definitive Edition. Everywhere else can easily just use the Sawn-Off Shotguns to shoot it back to a Garage while the Definitive Edition HAS TO USE this Method because nothing will move a Wreck that is glued to the ground.
Pretty standard Method, until a bunch of Peds decide to spawn in front of you! That's probably the worst part about this Method. They are ALWAYS in the way and ALWAYS slow the Fire Truck down so it never has enough speed to smash any of these Vehicles away with authority, unless you just get lucky! As you can see, when I finally did manage to smash the AP FCR-900 away from the Cutscene, I hit it so hard it went flying AND there were TWO POLES that seemed to just not spawn in, the poles in which my Fire Truck must of hit on all previous attempts when I was launching the Fire Truck off the ledge. In my opinion, there's NO WAY to smash the FCR-900 away from the area in ONE Fire Truck. I'd say TWO is the minimum, but it'll likely take a handful more than that!
It's NOT POSSIBLE to obtain the AP FCR-900 together with the AP Boxville and pass the Mission at the same time. If you use the AP Boxville Method and then pass the Mission while the AP FCR-900 is in water, and right in front of your view, it still will always vanish after passing. It's only possible with Mission Failure, as the Video shows, while the AP Boxville alone is obtainable by passing the Mission, of course.
You will NEED a Sniper Rifle and a Satchel Charge before you begin!
The FCR-900's featured in the Mission have Traffic Default Colors and change upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Passing "Yay Courier" whilst obtaining the BP/EP/FP/MP (Bullet Proof, Explosion Proof, Fire Proof, and Melee Proof) Patriot
02:00 - Proving the BP/EP/FP/MP Properties and showing off the BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on the Definitive Edition. There's no reason to use this Method on any other Platform/Version (PS2, Xbox, PC, and Mobile) since using a Towtruck works and the Patriot doesn't lose the Properties at the end of the Mission. This Method HAS TO be used on the Definitive Edition because the Patriot loses the Properties after the Mission is over. Note that if you get ALL of the money from the Patriot, even if you destroy it like the Video is showing, it will STILL LOSE the Properties! You can only steal $300 to $1,500. If you steal $1,800 or more, it seems to lose the Properties!
The only way the Patriot will retain the Properties is by having it destroyed while the Mission is ongoing and if you don't take all the money. You can also use water as a means to destroy it to retain the Properties, but that Method is much worse. See here - youtube.com/watch?v=9FklwgbNvXg
MAKE SURE you collect ANY some of money from the Patriot! Without doing such thing, you are actually FAILING the Mission and it WILL COUNT AGAINST YOU in the Stats by giving you a Mission Attempt but not adding anything to the Missions Passed Stat! While this Mission or the OTHER Yay Courier Mission (involves taking the money from someone driving a Sanchez cross country) are not required for 100%, if you care about the Stats, you actually should pass BOTH of these Missions and also on the VERY FIRST EVER Call from Cesar. The more times you hang up on Cesar and not complete these Missions, the more Mission Attempts you're getting! However, if you simply pass both Missions (and obtain this BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot) and then get Calls later on, it will NOT be adding anything to the Mission Attempts Stat!
Cesar's Calls can start coming anywhere in between "King in Exile" up to "Yay Ka-Boom-Boom." For this BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot, his Calls happen on Monday and Friday in-game! For the Sanchez Courier Mission, it's triggered on Wednesday and Saturday in-game. One or BOTH Missions can be SKIPPED entirely and Calls can NOT come in while you're on a Mission, inside a Vehicle, inside an Interior, or have ANY Wanted Level, so keep that in mind!
Fun Fact - The Sanchez featured in the other Yay Courier Mission is actually a third AP Sanchez, however it's unobtainable without using Cheats (Blow Up All Cars). In case you're curious and want to see what I am referring to, check this Video out - youtube.com/watch?v=j8E0bo64dOQ
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Passing "The Green Sabre" whilst obtaining the AP/EC2 (All Proof and Exclusive Secondary Color) White Bravura
18:05 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP/EC2 Bravura
This Method will ONLY WORK for the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that has a Mission Retry Feature. Mobile also has the Mission Retry Feature, however, this Method doesn't seem to work due to the fact after you exit the Mod Garage Menu and try and leave with the Bravura, you'll see that it's still stuck to the ground inside of the Mod Garage unlike on the Definitive Edition where you can drive it out of there! With that said, Mobile (as well as PS2, Xbox, and PC) can use the other Method of obtaining the AP/EC2 Bravura together with the AP Sentinel at the same time while the Definitive Edition can not. For the Stats, both are EQUAL.
The Parachute is NEEDED. Without it, you would not be able to destroy the Bravura. Like shown in the Video, make sure you punch off the passenger side door so you can enter and exit it quicker when it catches on fire.
Note that the initial Mission Failure AND Wasted Stat DOES NOT COUNT! This isn't abnormal. Any time, whether you're obtaining Special Vehicles or not, if you fail a Mission, get busted (during the Mission), or get wasted (during the Mission), and then press RETRY/CONFIRM, the Stats are reverted back to BEFORE any Mission Failure or Wasted/Busted Stat took place. The only time that would count is if you fail the Mission and then press Cancel. Only then does Stats add up. This can be used to your advantage making Playthroughs very easy when playing on Mobile or Definitive Edition because if you mess up, you can just press Retry and carry on without effecting the Stats in the end!
After you exit the Inside Track Betting, get the normal view back, and then get back to the Bravura, you would enter it, cancel the Mod Menu, reverse so the Red Marker reappears in the Transfender, then re-enter the Red Marker to put the flames out of the Bravura. You must do all of that quickly before it blows up!
You don't need to shoot the Wreck of the Bravura back to a Garage because you use the Transfender to unstick it from the ground and are able to drive it back to a Garage! Remember to confirm it inside of the Garage before you save and reload, or else it'll vanish!
The EC2 on this Bravura can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Bravura.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Wasting CJ and failing "Reuniting the Families" whilst obtaining the DP/EP/FP/MP (Damage Proof, Explosion Proof, Fire Proof, and Melee Proof) Police
39:50 - Proving the DP/EP/FP/MP Properties and showing off the DP/EP/FP/MP Police
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. With that said, I absolutely DO NOT recommend obtaining it like this on ANY OTHER Platform/Version other than the Definitive Edition since this is the ONLY WAY to obtain it on the Definitive Edition. Unfortunately and unlike the other Method, it will cost you a Wasted Stat in the process! Though, if the other Method was giving you too much trouble, you can always resort to this Method, in the end.
Since the Definitive Edition HAS TO use the Info Icon Method for the EC/EC2 Nebula's and the newly discovered AP BF-400, plus AP Packer and AP Sultan, that would mean you would NOT HAVE any more Info Icon's to use in Los Santos to obtain the DP/EP/FP/MP Police since the Police Station and Hospital (both Hospitals count as ONE, despite two Icon's existing for each!) Info Icons would be already used up. With this Method, you no longer need to use the Info Icon Method.
I am gaining movement in the Cutscene by using a Cluckin' Bell Menu, however, you can use other Menu's, including Ammunation. Here is basically the SAME THING I have shown, only this Video will use the Ammunation Menu and also have to use the Minigun for a part of the Method, too. I don't need the Minigun - youtube.com/watch?v=Z9jYcFC3bsE
Since the Definitive Edition can't see anything, finding the Clothes Icon to gain the view back is tricky. I stand at the very back of the Greenwood. I jump FIVE times, then I turn, and then I jump 15 more times and try and get CJ to enter. It doesn't always go to plan, but it can be done, obviously.
After exiting the Clothing Store, CJ will no longer be able to drive a Vehicle, even if you buy a Sprunk from the nearby machine! This is why you must resort to such a boring and long Method of pushing it back to Ganton on foot!
Note that you may want to have Katie as a Girlfriend before doing this so you don't lose your Weapons when CJ is wasted.
When you spray Sweet off the building and exit the Fire Truck, it will vanish and be put inside of the Los Santos Impound! So before you begin, you'll need ONE free space inside of there. If you have Special Vehicles in there, you may need to move one or two out of the Impound until after you obtain the DP/EP/FP/MP Police. If you're lucky, you will be able to get the Fire Truck off the staircase, but usually it gets stuck, forcing you to get a second one.
There's an INFERIOR EP Police in this Mission - youtube.com/watch?v=QQOocHZlr2g
INFERIOR EC2/EM Greenwood - youtube.com/watch?v=SQkOXxMoaCo
INFERIOR DP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Greenwood - youtube.com/watch?v=4Gs3uO-RXzQ

OM0 AP Tanker, AP Petrol Truck, and AP Greenwood - youtube.com/watch?v=Q8KCdbpWjjs
OM0 AP Police Maverick - youtube.com/watch?v=iQnAgAq2Wu0
Pretty sure there's also an UNOBTAINABLE and INFERIOR EP/FP Police Maverick in this Mission, too.
Fun Fact - Any Police Vehicle that can activate Vigilante will acquire PP (Pop Proof) Tires! The PP Property is removed after you store it back inside of a Garage, but you can reapply the PP Property over and over.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
00:00 - Beginning "Just Business" and going through the Mission like normal until I make it out of the Atrium with Big Smoke
01:30 - Using the Spray Can to get Smoke away from the Russians, killing them all except one, and placing a Satchel Charge on the final one
02:15 - Heading to the Broadway, then the Airport, and flying to Doherty in San Fierro
05:25 - Opening the Doherty Garage containing random Vehicles WITHOUT Extra's, heading to the Red Marker at the Crane, detonating the Satchel Charge, and entering the Crane
05:40 - Breaking the Cutscene, exiting the Crane, grabbing a Sprunk, and flying back to Los Santos to the Police Station
07:50 - Getting the alarm to go off so the next part of the Mission is broken and jacking the BF-400 from Smoke
08:40 - Exiting the BF-400 and then blowing up the Packer
09:20 - Going back to the BF-400 and driving it to the specific spot you see and exiting it
10:15 - Driving the EC2 (Exclusive Secondary Color) Gun Metal Poly Nebula back to a Garage
12:10 - Driving the EC/EC2 (Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) Flax Nebula back to a Garage

This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, and PC since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It also works on Mobile and Definitive Edition, but in a slightly different way which you can see here - youtube.com/watch?v=H6T8izbVozE (Definitive Edition) and youtube.com/watch?v=a_5deLLcixg (Mobile).
Note that if you're on the Definitive Edition, you won't get the BF-400 with the NE Property. It just doesn't exist. The only NE Vehicle that exists for the Definitive Edition is an NRG-500. Also, if you're on the Definitive Edition, CJ won't be able to leave the BF-400 after jacking it from Smoke UNLESS you exit the BF-400 in the Cutscene, after it comes to a complete stop in the carpark.
Only three of the nine Nebula's will have a VISIBLE and SPECIAL Primary Color. One INVISIBLE EC2 (Gun Metal Poly) is the "most special" of the EC2 Nebula's because its Color does not appear inside of the Mod Garage Color Palette. The other five INVISIBLE EC2 Nebula's CAN be re-created with EC/EC2/EM Conversions. It's up to you to decide which are worthy for a Save. ALL EC2's are INVISIBLE on the Nebula's.
There's actually a tenth (10th) EC/EC2 Nebula featured in this Mission, however, it comes up a bit later on during the Mission and can't be obtained during this process. The good news is, both the Primary and Secondary Colors of this Nebula already appear on one of the three other EC/EC2 Nebula's, thus it doesn't need to be obtained and is just a duplicate.
The BF-400 is technically INFERIOR to the AP/NE BF-400 at this point, just so you know!
The BF-400 featured in the Mission has Traffic Default Colors and changes upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
Fun Fact - Several EC/EC2 Nebula's featured in this Mission are also Heavy. After entering them, you can experience this Property on your way back to a Garage. Unfortunately, they're unobtainable in such form. The Heavy Property is removed after the Garage closes down on them. The Heavy Property is only retainable by a Garage in GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories!

00:00 - Beginning "Just Business" and going through the Mission like normal until I make it out of the Atrium with Big Smoke
01:35 - Using the Spray Can to get Smoke away from the Russians, killing them all except one, and placing a Satchel Charge on the final one
02:25 - Heading to the Broadway, then the Airport, and flying to Doherty in San Fierro
05:15 - Opening the Doherty Garage containing random Vehicles WITHOUT Extra's, heading to the Red Marker at the Crane, detonating the Satchel Charge, and entering the Crane
05:45 - Breaking the Cutscene, exiting the Crane, grabbing a Sprunk, and flying back to Los Santos to the Police Station
08:05 - Getting the alarm to go off so the next part of the Mission is broken and jacking the BF-400 from Smoke
09:00 - Exiting/Entering the BF-400 and driving it to the location shown in the Video to progress the Mission
09:30 - Leaving the BF-400 and going back to Smoke's location with a random Vehicle
11:55 - Lifting Smoke on top of the random Vehicle and then driving him to the Santa Maria Beach Pier
13:50 - Parking the Vehicle at the end of the Pier as shown in the Video, placing Satchel Charges on the back of the Vehicle, then heading back to the location of the BF-400
15:15 - Pushing the BF-400 into the spot shown in the Video, which will trigger the next part of the Mission, then heading to the next location shown in the Video
15:50 - Exactly 35 seconds after pushing the BF-400 into the spot, I detonate the Satchel Charges to fail the Mission in the Cutscene
16:05 - Storing the AP (All Proof) Packer and AP (All Proof) Sultan in the Los Santos Impound

I highly recommend leaving "Just Business" on your Radar as long as possible. Don't complete it until you absolutely have to. All possible Missions CAN BE completed in Los Santos before this one EXCEPT FOR "Reuniting the Families," which would come after "Just Business," and then "The Green Sabre," which comes after "Reuniting the Families."
The AP Packer is the first Special Vehicle to truly ever need an Impound. Impounds DO NOT behave like a normal Garage. Normal Garages can store up to a maximum of FOUR Special Vehicles while the three Impounds in the game (one in each city) can store up to a maximum of THREE Special Vehicles. Each Impound works differently on how you ENTER and EXIT them. The Red Markers that most casual players like to drive a Vehicle to will actually impound those random Vehicles to the nearest Impound and when that happens, your Special Vehicle(s) can be deleted for good! Not ALL Story/Side Missions do this, but a good amount of them can and will, if you don't know what you're doing. I highly advise you to learn how each Impound works and all the quirks that go along with them before you obtain the AP Packer or use the Impounds in general for any other Special Vehicle. An example is this very Mission, "Just Business." After impounding the AP Packer, you drive a Vehicle to the Red Marker to start the Mission. It's now in the Impound in Slot 1 out of 3 and bumps your AP Packer to Slot 2. Do it again, and two random Vehicles will now be in Slots 1 and 2 and the AP Packer in Slot 3. Do it once more, your AP Packer is now gone for good. The Impounds are only used for ADVANCED PLAYERS ONLY!
The BF-400, Packer, and Sultan featured in the Mission have Traffic Default Colors and change upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.

06:35 - Proving the DP/EP Properties and showing off the DP/EP/EC/EC2 Love Fist
This Method will ONLY WORK on Android Version 1.10 and iOS because it's the ONLY PLATFORM that has a MARKED Vehicle Conversion! This DOES NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, PC, Android (other Versions), or Definitive Edition!
This is rather complex and I can't quite explain why or how this works. What I do know is that "Spilling the Beans" can mark ANY Vehicle Tommy can drive or fly into the Pink Marker at the Malibu Club during the Mission. Because of this, you can store this Vehicle into a Garage and ultimately convert it into DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black/Random.
In MOST cases the Vehicles will be Black, however, it's NOT ALWAYS the case. Sometimes, the Vehicles will be random EC/EC2's or even at times Traffic Default Colors! With some persistence, you will get what you want to achieve, though.
If you park the Vehicle normally into a Garage, it'll only be converted into EP/EC/EC2 Black, without the DP Property! Notice how the Love Fist gets sort of crushed and bumped when the Garage door closes on it. THIS IS THE REASON the Vehicle is converted to DP! Without this tiny step, it won't be DP!
Interestingly enough and technically speaking, this can be done as late as after 100% because what you're doing in one Save actually will effect ANY OTHER Save you wish. You can perform these DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black Conversions in a random "Spilling the Beans" Save in another Slot and then use your MAIN Save, or whatever Save you want, as the ACTUAL Save you want to have the DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black Vehicle of your choice in. For instance, I load up a Save, I do what I need to do, and then I save the game in a random Slot. Afterward, I reload this SAME Save, then I quickly hit pause and reload ANY SAVE YOU WANT YOUR DP/EP/EC/EC2 BLACK VEHICLE INSIDE and then drive to the Garage where I stored it in the other Save. I open the Garage TWICE and there sits the converted DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black Vehicle! Now, I can save the game AGAIN and this DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black Vehicle will be included in the MAIN Save.
Note that after you save the game with the Marked Vehicle in the Garage, you must immediately reload or else the game will crash! Also, when you reload the Save with the Marked Vehicle and are ready to load up another Save to ultimately have the DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black Vehicle inside of, you have to be quick to do this or else the game will crash after a couple of seconds, as well!
While you can get DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black Vehicles inside an already completed 100% Save File, you also need to work with a random Save before passing "Spilling the Beans" and have at least one Rampage available in that Save.
Since "Spilling the Beans" is unlocked later in game, unlike "The Party," you now have the opportunity to convert Vehicles such as the Deluxo, Sabre Turbo, Sandking, Spand Express, Zebra Cab, FBI Rancher, Rhino, Love Fist, Romero's Hearse, Skimmer, Sparrow, Cuban Jetmax, and a much easier time with the Trashmaster. Plus, the Linerunner and Packer would work with this specific Conversion since you are not forced to use the Ocean Heights Garage. You can use Hyman Condo and Sunshine Auto's for LARGE Vehicles! Just remember, though, the Vehicle has to be able to fit under the awning at the Malibu Club. As long as you can drive, fly, or push the Vehicle Model underneath it and at the Pink Marker, then you're able to convert the Vehicle Model.
The way I see it is if you're an Android 1.10 or iOS player, you can completely disregard the regular EC/EC2 Black Conversion from "The Party" since you can get DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black Vehicles which are superior and also can be done after 100%!

Mercedes can't get too far away from Tommy where a Yellow Blip is placed on your Radar indicating for you to go back to her location. If you save the game while she is away from Tommy, the game will crash! She must be in close proximity to Tommy when you're ready to save the game.

Those Vehicles would be the Deluxo, Sabre Turbo, Sandking, Spand Express, Zebra Cab, FBI Rancher, Love Fist, Romero's Hearse, Skimmer, Sparrow, RC Goblin, and Cuban Jetmax. In ALMOST all cases, every single Vehicle Model itself can be stored inside of the Ocean Heights Safehouse Garage. The only exceptions are the Linerunner, Packer, and Hunter in which do not fit inside of the Garage. The Trashmaster is also a tight squeeze. You'll have to pop all four tires just to jam it inside. I do not think you will be able to use a Rhino even though it's available. There is just no way to bring it back from the West Island to the East Island.
The way I see it is if you're an Android 1.10 or iOS player, you can completely disregard the regular EC/EC2 Black Conversion from "The Party" since you can get DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black Vehicles which are superior and also can be done after 100%!

Note that you will only have ONE opportunity to be able to convert a Hotring Racer into DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black. Like the Video shows, you must store the VERY FIRST spawn of the Hotring Racer, right after delivering the final wanted Vehicle to the Garage! This CAN NOT be done any other time.
The reason this works is because the Hotring Racer is initially Marked upon spawning in the Showroom. I don't know the technical aspects as to why this works, but when you store a Marked Vehicle into a Garage on Android Version 1.10 or iOS, then immediately save the game, reload the Save, and open up the Garage, you will notice it vanished! But when you close the Garage again, then open it again, you will notice the Vehicle has returned right where you parked it previously, only now it'll be converted to DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black!

The Sabre Turbo has a Livery and not a Paintjob. This is why you see it visually appear the same as it did before and after the Conversion. The way you can "test" to see if it's EC/EC2 Black is by using the Chainsaw or some kind of Melee Weapon which will make it give off Black Damage Particles flying into the air. With that said, you will only be able to do this if the Sabre Turbo is not DP in the process. Once it's DP, you no longer can show it being EC/EC2 Black since it won't damage from anything anymore, including Melee Weapons.

Note that you will only have ONE opportunity to be able to convert a Deluxo into DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black. Like the Video shows, you must store the VERY FIRST spawn of the Deluxo, right after delivering the final wanted Vehicle to the Garage! This CAN NOT be done any other time.
The reason this works is because the Deluxo is initially Marked upon spawning in the Showroom.
Notice how the Deluxo gets sort of crushed and bumped when the Garage door closes on it. THIS IS THE REASON the Vehicle is converted to DP! Without this tiny step, it won't be DP!
I am recording this Video on BlueStacks Version 5.8. Game Version is Version 1.10 of GTA Vice City for Android.
