This is my entry for the Twenty Fandoms Contest. Ths copule was in my top 5 and I thought theyd be a perfect example of a dynamic couple. Theyve really grown when theyd fallen in love with each other. At the eginning of the series, Simon was a shy weird kid and Alisha didnt give a crap about anyone, and she couldnt really love. They both changed. Thats what I wanted to show.

Hi! This vid took me some time to make. I wanted it to be perfect but... well its not perfect at all but at least its very simple, that was my point. Its my entry for Best Fandom Vidder, round 1. Im soo happy I made it through auditions. For this round we were supposed to make a video about a character from our fandom (in my case its Greys) we feel most related to. So I chose Lexie. The more I explored this character, the more I felt like we were similar. Especially to Lexie from seasons 4 and 5. I tried to show it in my video. I list most of the things we have in common (and voiceovers) below:

About the video...
It was supposed to be a fifth TW video in a row... I have to say, I am extremely and absolutely proud of it. It turned out better that I expected. It probably wont be very popular and will get some dislikes, lucky guess, but nevermind.
This round is about vidding one of our favourite character from our show. Nobody seems to like Scott and I dont get it. I mean, I didnt like him in s1. I was like ok, whatever, I wont cry much if he gets killed or somethin but in s2 hes really grown to become my favourite character. I think this song really fits his storyline and it let me show both sides of him.

This is what Ive been working on this entire week. Yeah, a whole week. Im being so creative lately and all about trying new effects, new styles and thats the continuation. Its so not my usual style but from now on Ill experiment a lot so... feel warned. :)
Back to the video itself. I dont think Ive seen something like that before. Basically there are two separate storylines in this vid and thats because of the song cause it has two singers singing different lyrics at the same time. At the beginning theres the general part (black&white). Then theres Sams storyline (black&white) and Deans storyline (colour). Then again theres a general part (coloured this time), then again its divided and at the end general once again.

And its all about my favourite tv brothers, the Winchesters. I wanted to make a video about their bond, about their family, friends, lovers and how it affected them and their relationship. I really tried to find suitable clips and everythings well thought, not random.
Its my entry for the Blood and Tears contest. We were supposed to make a video to a song thats emotional for us. Well, this song brings sad memories to me, so it is emotional and when I heard it, I knew it was just perfect for SPN. And this video is quite emotional as well.

Okay freaking out set aside, this is actually me. This 4-minute video was actually me.
What can I say... this show! I did not expect to like it so much, let alone fall in love with it. Its just so good, smart, funny (I didnt expect it to be funny at all, and its actually hilarious?? like?? how??) and overall amazing. 10/10 recommend.
And then, these two... Well, they are a couple of wonderfully written and acted characters. I dont know where this idea came from exactly. But it gave me the opportunity to do something Ive wanted to do for a long time.
This is a kind of all-in-one video: a bit of character studies, a bit of platonic relationship study and then, in the end, romantic. I wanted to cover their dynamic fully. So that the romance, which only starts around 3 minutes into the video, feels like a natural progression, something organic and based on the things that came first.
When I showed some scenes from this show to my roommate, she drew a conclusion that I really liked. She said that theres a lot of love in this show but its not the sex on the table kind of love, its the more mature kind of love that comes from friendship and life experience. And I think she nailed it. I hope that, whoever actually decided to watch it and stick til the end, will have the same impression. :)
Also, Ive made it a tiny bit AU in a way, basically what would happen if s3 went in a different direction with these and gave us more than these as the comic relief. I know she meant that, like, come on. We all know. :D
This project gave me so much joy. I really poured my heart and soul into it. I havent edited something like this in a long long time. Everytime I opened the project, I loved it more. And even when I was angry with it, couldnt stay angry for long, and ended up loving it again. It was truly magical.
