I've been stifled by my own judgments and have been my own worst enemy when it comes to creating anything of substance. Too often I think, "someone has done it better" "this isn't perfect" or "people already know this", and on down a list of dissenting voice that I haven't been able to shake.

I'm going to try and shake them, and just create the things that feel good and feel helpful for precisely those two reasons. I probably didn't need to explain all of this, but I know there are people out there who feel the same way. In fact, here's a video on it I just watched recently:
