1) space content away from top corner
2) create a color theme (minimal, 2-3 colors or 3 colors and a shade of black MAXIMUM
3) merge cells (for big boxes/paragraphs) and “center across selection” (for titles)
4) alignment of text
5) borders, dotted lines, white lines
6) tables
7) TURN OFF GRIDLINES…create your own structure
8) resize rows and columns
9) use graphics/pictures (make sure they are low size and will load quickly)
10) use different, nonstandard fonts. Readability is important, so remember that SANS SERIF fonts will be better.
