This was originally animated between December 2016 and April 2017 (as before, the Ebirah scene was added recently, in April of 2026). All of the Mechagodzilla fight scenes flow together, so I wasn't sure where to end each segment for the video uploads.
I haven't got much to say about this video. It's just different battle scenes sprinkled with some surprises. I can say that after having played the scene out in my mind for months and months back in 2016, then animating it, then sitting on the unfinished animation for over nine years before going back to finish it, it is something of a relief to finally be able to show it.
There are many other parts of this video series that were so bad that I thought of scrapping the whole endeavor and never showing it to anyone, but I always thought that this scene had some of the better parts. Mostly due to how the action goes along with the music.
The following scene is the part of the whole animation I had the most trouble with, thus it's not included in this video. I am still debating whether to even finish it and publish it, or cut the whole scene altogether. But that's for later to decide.
Before any wise-ass points it out, I know that "Godzilla" was already depicted with beams seemingly shooting out of his eyes on the poster of Gigantis the Fire Monster, long before the Hanna-Barbera cartoon, but I don't consider that to be an example of laser vision.
