Some minor glitchy observations in God of War 3: Remastered, some of this is stuff I wasn't sure if it is known.

Points of interest:
1. 0:00 At Hades: combining some combat grapple attacks with activating grapple points. Kratos engages in a combat grapple animation while swinging from the grapple point. Looks chaotic.

2. 0:17 I grabbed a harpy just as I kill it with a Gorgon Serpent. This causes Kratos to ride around on a non-existent Harpy. This seems to cause the harpy to permanently unexist.

3. 0:58 Gaia in T-pose (known?): high above Olympia you can find Gaia in T-pose. She's there only if you skip her cutscenes while swimming (then restarting after R1-ing the Olympia door?).

2:06 I repeatedly scraped Gaia's wrist in a futile attempt to damage it enough to bring up a prompt, but didn't succeed.

4. 2:10 Soul Summon exploit: another way of negating the Soul Summon cooldown is by simply entering the menu at the moment of activating Soul Summon, then exit and immediately activate Soul Summon again. This lets you activate the same Soul Summon twice at nearly the same time.

The Centaur Soul summon has solid-ish collision which can push you through some collision, so perhaps two Centaurs might be even more useful for things like this? This glitch doesn't seem to work with the Chimera Soul Summon, perhaps because it contains fire?

2:40 Insta-freezing a Cyclopii by summoning two Gorgon Serpents simltanously (normally one Gorgon won't insta-freeze an enemy this size).

Also, I wonder if Soul Summon is the only input that is affected by entering and exiting the menu in this manner?...

5. 2:49 This is not actually a GoW3 glitch, but rather a PS4 glitch, since you manipulate PS4-related menus, and it works in other games also. For example, you can simultaneously load a new game and a saved game in Assassin's Creed: Black Flag with this tactic, but I digress. Anyway, in GoW3 the glitch so far doesn't seem useful.

The glitch is done by keeping some game-input *held* as you enter the PS4 menu (while keeping the game-related input held). This negates the PS4's attempt to take game-control away from you. In this vid I demonstrate keeping control of Kratos and simulatnously navigating PS4 menus. Needs more testing in this game, and every other PS4 game.

6. 3:05 Some swimming glitch sightseeing outside the first Labyrinth box: firstly, the inside of the first Labyrinth box is located extemely far away from the outside of the Labyrinth box. Anyway, if you save while out-of-bounds, and if there's some oob visible, the game loads the main title screen into the main game. If you then restart, the game does the same again but with graphics that were last displayed on the screen at the time of restarting (usually making it look like there's a second Kratos.

Not on vid: as expected, activating the Boreas device while oob ends your swimming and you drop oob.

7. 3:59 The Kratos slide glitch: it turns out that Soul Summon can have more of an effect on Kratos' mechanics than it may appear. So by activating Soul Summon at a certain moment in conjunction with other moves causes this slide glitch. The slide glitch itself doesn't appear to have any real use, however Soul Summon does give hope that Kratos' mechanics are open to being broken in other ways.

Slide glitch instructions:
(a) Have Hade's Claws selected, and bow ready to be drawn with you press L2. (For the Helios Head-version, make sure that Head of Helios will be drawn instead).

(b) Flick Square a split-second before Summoning Soul (R2), then just as a Soul is coming out of Kratos draw the Bow (or head), then keep Bow drawn while moving the entire time. If you stop moving the state ends.

The earlier that you draw the Bow after the Soul Summon, the higher the chance that Kratos will hold it in a displaced manner, enabling 45 degree angle Bow-shots. Also, it appears that *part* of what makes this work is that the release of the Soul breaks you out of the Bow/Helios Head animation.

Not in vid: This break-out can also be done while in mid air, but so far I haven't managed to make it into any type of jump. But haven't exhausted tests with it yet.

4:56 Sometimes enemies won't attack Kratos in this state, but this is not the norm.
