Some random GoW-series stuff! Mainly stuff I wasn't sure if it was known, so here is it.

God of War 3:
1. Turning on Aphrodite's Garter at the moment of being hit by an enemy can cause Kratos to have no weapon equipped.

He'll do his blades-attack with no actual blades equipped. This is semi-difficult to do, more testing is needed to see if this can be used in some way.

2. At the Eos pedestal – you can manipulate enemies into breaking you out of prompts. Specifically, crawling enemies will continue to attack you once you've activated a prompt (regular enemies stop attacking) meaning they move you around. What would happen if you were moved into something significant like a cutscene etc.

Perhaps this may come in useful at some other prompt?

3. Bypassing death – I let some enemies grab me, and then waited until all of Kratos' health ran out. At the moment of death I switched Hades' Helm on (which maxes out your meters). Upon exiting the menu, Kratos seemed to survive death, and was comically left struggling against enemies that were no longer grabbing him.

4. Upgrade glitch – this is probably known, but if you open a special chest (that gives a meter upgrade) - while you have Hades' Helm on - (which maxes out said meters), the game won't give you the upgrade items, since it knows you have Hades' Helm active (it normally gives you red orbs only, instead).

However, if you switch Hades' Helm on just at the moment of opening this special chest, the game is tricked into giving you the upgrade.

*One* result is that all your meters stay at the same low level, even though Hades' Helm is active. While the game makes all the fanfare of giving you a non-existent upgrade.

Using items or magic suddenly makes your meter instantly become full. Of no real use, but I found it interesting.

5. It's possible to get the 'Jest jump effect' before you've gotten the boots on a NG speedrun – I suspect that this is known, but here it is:

If you try to grapple an enemy while he is being shot by one of your archers, you get a similar effect to that of 'Jest Jump'.

This allows you to get 'Jest Jump'-equivalent height in a NG speedrun before you've gotten the boots.

God of War: Ascension:
1. Not sure if this is known, but using the time-slow amulet on some enemy may affect surrounding enemies, in that they are suddenly susceptible to Tether break-out High Jump. In that air-grabbing them allows you to have a second jump at the top of your Ascension. I've only tried this at the area in the vid, more testing is required.

God of War 3 DEMO:
1. The demo has a traditional high jump. If you switch weapons during Gauntlet's L1+X air attack - while not making contact to an enemy – gives you your second jump at the top of your lift-up.

However, this in itself doesn't give you better height than your standard double jump, since the L1+X air attack animation makes you lose lots of height when you do it. But fortunately there is a way around this.

If you buffer a Triangle attack during your lift-up, BUT then do the L1+X air attack at the very moment that Kratos tries to do his Triangle attack. Kratos will do his L1+X animation, but with the momentum of the Triangle attack, meaning very little height loss. So that is the optimal moment to switch weapons and jump.

God of War 2 – Double-glide glitch technique v1.5.

1. This is kind of obvious, but during a double-glide technique, not only is it possible to use both your jumps at different moments while in air, but you can also use both your glides at different moments during your trick-jump.

Meaning that skips like the ones at Atlas are much easier, and faster to do. No PR-long jumps required there.

EDIT: On a different note, I'll be getting a much better internet connection soon, so I may actually be able to stream on twitch, and start glitching online multiplayer-portions of games.
