No wind at all this afternoon, so grabbed a few minutes between family stuff to have a quick fly round the garden. This was my first outdoor flight, so I'm sure I will get more confident, it flew great and no signal problems going round obstacles, even behind a wall.
Flight time seems to be about 5mins to LVC, so I have set timer to 3m30secs. I also separately checked range, and lost RC signal around 50Metres, video was still perfectly flyable though, the RC aerial is flat on the board so will try bending it up/out a bit to see if that helps.
For indoor or very calm close outdoor this looks a great BNF package, and would be huge fun with a bunch of friends racing round obstacles/tables/chairs !
