I only recently noticed that Petzl have uprated the Zipka to 300 lumens, from the previous 200 lumens, so wanted to compare the new 2019 version with my previous 2017 model.

The new 300 lumen 2019 Zipka is noticably brighter with a nicer beam spread and 'warmer/yellow' light colour, so definitely better.

Video shows the differences, and an idea of the beam difference, as best I can show on camera.
