FREE Haunting Event Rewards & NEW Pre-order Bonus for MW3! (Season 6 MW2 Warzone)
So this morning Call of Duty released a video about bringing spawn into call of duty where they sat down with the original creator of the spawn character and talked about what it meant for spawn to be added to the game.
During this video they briefly talked about the Haunting Event and showed a few different images of the Events tab that gave us a small preview of the rewards that will be available once the events go live on the 17th of October
So first off here we’ve got a look a part of the soul capture event screen, If you didn’t already know this soul capture event is going to work similar to the trophy hunt event from Season 3. Basically when you kill other players or any of the Haunting bosses they will drop souls which you have to collect and you can then spend them in the events store to unlock rewards.
So here along the bottom we can see that there appears to be a weapon sticker or emblem for 15 souls, a calling card with skulls on it for 30 souls, a double weapon xp token for 30 souls, a weapon charm for 60 souls, a helicopter skin for 90 souls and a weapon blueprint for either the gs magma or original deagle.
Also along the side here we can see the first mastery event reward which is earned from purchasing any 10 items from this store. The reward for this is a skin for operator roze which we can get a better look at from some leaks that have come out this morning.
During the Trophy Hunt event there was also another mastery skin for purchasing 15 items from the store, So assuming that this is going to be the case again the other skin available could potentially be this one for Konig which has the same theme to it as the one for Roze.
The next menu screen we see is for Operation Nightmare which requires us to take out different bosses around al mazarah and vondel. We can see along the top here that a new pre-order bonus specifically for pre-ordering the vault edition of MW3 will be coming with the haunting update.
The blueprint itself is for the M4 Assault rifle and is called Soul Harvester. From the text we can see that this blueprint will have tracer rounds and will also reward bonus souls for the soul capture event.
Also on this screen we can see each of the bosses that we will need to kill as apart of operation nightmare, We’ve got the Butcher, The Swamp Creature, The Pharaoh, A UFO, The Ghost Train and Evil Spirits.
Each of these bosses will have their own reward for killing them, which this menu doesn’t really show but we can see that the mastery reward for killing at least 5 out of these 6 bosses will reward the bloody mess blueprint for the Bas-P sub machine gun.
So from what we know so far there are some pretty sweet rewards coming for the haunting event but there’s still a lot more to be discovered so make sure you’ve subscribed to the channel with notifications on and liked the video below to keep yourself updated as we learn more!
