DMZ Shadow Company Tier 1 Faction Mission Guide! (FREE ‘No Prisoners’ P890 Blueprint)
Season 5 is now here and with it comes the addition of the Shadow Company Faction to DMZ, In this video we’re going to take a look at how to complete all of the Tier 1 missions which for the story mission you’ll actually unlock the no prisoners blueprint for the p890 pistol.
So before we jump into it, Ideally before getting stuck into these missions you want to unlock the urgent missions for shadow company with-in your passive upgrades section of the main menu. To unlock this you need to simply dead drop any 10 keys to any dead drop on any map which is fairly simple to do.
The unfortunate thing at the moment which i don’t know if it’s just an issue for me or for everyone but even after doing this challenge none of the urgent missions for shadow company are actually showing up but once they do, Chipping away at these easier urgent missions will be a good way to earn extra reputation which down the tiers may end up allowing you to skip certain missions and unlock other story missions earlier.
Speaking of missions to skip, The one mission from tier 1 that i would recommend skipping is the Deal with the Devil Mission. For this one you first need to find one of the new disguise items which are found at random in duffel bags and legendary crates around any of the maps.
Once you find that you then need to wait for the scavenger to appear on the map and since the update now near where he spawns you’ll find a deployable buy station and what you need to do for the mission is to equip the disguise and then open that shop up and buy something from it.
The reason i’m suggesting to just skip is because of the awful bad luck i had with this morning. I tried getting this done for hours and i was either not finding the disguise and then the scavenger would spawn or i’d find the disguise and then the scav wouldn’t spawn at all even after clearing out the lobby and leaving people's bodies for him to find. Even after finding a disguise and keeping it in my secure backpack for 3 or 4 games the scav still wouldn’t spawn so It’s honestly just a giant pain in the ass and yeah i’d def recommend skipping it.
The only thing that i seemed to find in common each time that i found these battle notes was that we were killing bots in a high threat area but for the most part this just seems to be a random drop. So you’ll need to kill as many konni opeators that you can and look out for these 2 types of documents and then dead drop 3 of each at any dead drop location.
Next is the X-rays mission which requires you to kill 10 enemies in radiation with headshots from over 35 metres. For this you want to head to al mazarah and head towards the radiation zone where the chemist is found and you basically just want to sit around the edge of the radiation zone and snipe the bots making sure to get headshots on them.
Next is the Wings Clipped Mission which requires you to kill 3 reinforcement helicopters on ashika island. So obviously for this jump into a game on ashika island and you can either use a rocket launcher to take out the choppers that bring in reinforcements or you can simply activate a SAM Site which will destory these choppers aswell.
Next is the abandoned vehicle mission which requires you to getC the key to the MRAP by finding it or purchasing it at a buy station and then once you’ve got the key you simply need to unlock and secure the MRAP.
So if you didn’t already know, the MRAP is the new Cargo looking truck that has not only a machine gun turret but also a turret that shoots rockets which is kind of wicked. You’ll see it marked on the map just a regular vehicle.
As the mission states you can by chance find the key for this by looting around the map or you can simply purchase a key for $200,000 at a buy station on Al Mazarah. Ideally you’ll just want to take the money for it from your wallet and then go straight for the buy station but if you’re trying to get the cash together then doing a secure supplies contract and then hitting all the safes that it marks will be a good way to build up your cash fast.
Once you’ve completed those 5 missions you’ll then unlock the Tier Story Mission which is called Unregistied Cargo and for this mission you need to clear all hostels on the ship to the southeast of al bagra fortress and then investigate the contents of the shipping container.
