This video took way too much of my time, what with computer issues and problems gathering data. I pulled information from Lane Myers' existing cases and the prior restraining order. I don't know him, and have never heard about him until a few days ago. I then reviewed the use of an anti-SLAPP as a defense to Constitutional conduct under the First Amendment. I also looked at the sentencing ranges for each of these crimes. There is a lot here, and too much for one video. Lane decided to act as his own lawyer, which is rarely a good idea, and an especially bad one with 20 charges. He does have an "advisory" lawyer, but that doesn't guard against things that experienced trial lawyers know about and the surprises that arise during trial.
