On November 18, 2025, the federal judge told Randall S. Newman to provide a brief - not to exceed five pages - and explain why the NorCal court is the proper court for this lawsuit. The judge looks like he wants to transfer the case with a defendant in Florida, a plaintiff in Colorado, and lawyers in California and Florida. We'll await Randall S. Newman's response.
