LNER A3 class 60103 Flying Scotsman returns to the Severn Valley Railway for the first time since 2016 and as part of railway finally reopening to Bridgnorth the world famous loco would haul the first passenger service over the new Mor Brook bridge. The SVR was also celebrating their 60th Anniversary, though this was affected by an ongoing fire risk so unfortunately the timetable was majority diesel hauled. Flying Scotsman was briefly assisted on the Friday's reopening special but thankfully due to the locos anti ember modifications it was able to run throughout the weekend albeit cautiously as can be seen in the video.
It was great to see Scotsman as its a loco which has evaded me for a while and its currently not doing much on the mainline. Still, it was great to see it paired up with the Teak set. I hope you enjoy the video.
